I travelled from Spain I was collected from the airport a smooth ride, efficient and everything taken care of The hotel was lovely, the surgeon was very knowledgeable and my coordinator Gizem was brilliant answering every question and query I had. The hospital was clean and comfortable The communication between the nurses could have been better but due to a language barrier this is understandable I think the food could be improved and the amount given after a huge surgery Your body heals with nutrients and you need the energy and goodness to heal

I am from Australia and all I can say it’s outstanding service, I was taken care of from the beginning to the end. Picked up from the airport and straight to blood test. One thing I really liked is when they took my blood test they halted and delayed the surgery date due to my CRP levels being too high (not sure what that meant but it wasn’t good for me) but then after deeper examination they made sure it was no threat to my body at all and then they proceeded to perform the surgery once it was all safe. The staff were all professional and very helpful and caring. My after care person Gizem was really helpful and guided me after my surgery, even though I would message her after business hours she would still reply quickly and help me out. She is very attentive and would provide me with all the information I needed. I would definitely recommend Vanity to all my friends and family for a smooth and comfortable process.

Thanks to the miracle result of my nose! I done a revision rhinoplasty at Vanity in october 2024 with excellent surgeon Dr. Erman Menekşe. Very good result of the nose, its smaller as I wanted it to be and still will get even better as recovery progress. The eye of estetics the surgeon have is excellent, I would never have expected this good outcome of my nose. Now my nose suits my face and is small and symmetrical including nostrils plus functional for breathing. I am also very satisfied with the super good organized package from planning-travel-arriving-surgery-recovery with stay at Mercure hotel. I barely had to think of logistics as I stayed and recovered a week in Istanbul. Medicines was easily delivered directly to the room after surgery as an example which is good after having done surgery. With this good experience I should have been more calm and less nervous prior to travel, thats why I share my experience so anybody who going for rhinoplasty at Vanity can feel relaxed and calm and have no worries about chosing Vanity. Plus I met some other people at the hotel who also done surgeries so I did not have to worry of being the only patients for recovery at the hotel. It adds a lot of value to have breakfast buffé with food easy to eat while being swollen in face and sit in the breakfast and seeing other People Who done similar surgeries. Plus the mall near the hotel was Great to shop at. Thanks again Vanity for the nose that I have now. :)

May 2023 I had breast augmentation. I went through with the surgery, around 4 days later it was time to take drains out and remove bandages ready for my final checkup so I was able to get on the flight home providing everything was “ok”, however upon looking at first glance I knew they looked very odd. When I say odd I mean 2 different sizes, different nipple shapes, different nipple sizes, differences of the scar widths and heights. I queried this with my surgeon but he did say as it’s quite an invasive procedure things can swell more than others etc. Although I had my concerns of the appearance of my breasts, my doctor had basically said they will be fine once they are healed as again it is an invasive procedure and they clearly won’t be looking amazing after being cut open. So based of his calm composure I assumed this would all settle and sort itself out, as told by my surgeon. He obviously dealt with a lot of this so I tried really hard not to worry too much but I was told I had to wait until I actually began my proper healing process which was estimated 6-12 months for the “final result”. Weeks and months went by, I was constantly messaging my patient coordinator saying “i think there’s something wrong with them, they aren’t the same height, the nipples are facing 2 different ways, one is bigger than the other, why are they so uneven” and I was told they are full of swellings, based off my before pictures they were uneven anyways. I had the surgery in May and was already asking for a revision by October as they were that bad however I was told they haven’t reached the full healing process to which I agreed as obviously the surgeon knows best with working in that field. A long depressing year goes by, I am more self conscious about my breasts now than I have ever been. My partner knows how much it is affecting me as I can’t even get them out due to the massive scar tissues , uneven breasts, wonky nipples, uneven nipple heights, one extremely stretched nipple and one lesser. I couldn’t wear a normal bikini top, a bra , a sports bra without it being visible as all you can see is the nipple sticking out as it wasn’t placed in the right position for wearing a bra, the big scarred tissue was coming out whilst I was on holiday with my partner and he kept having to let me know it was visible. Even when I had a sports bra on you could see the full outlining of my nipple, the ring around the areola was so congealed with scar tissue as If id been hacked at , so you can imagine odd big circular scars and then a nipple sticking out, whilst have a sports bra on and tshirt! Then comes August 2024, I’ve decided I’ve had enough so I go back for a revision. It cost me an extra £3000 to get this procedure please bear in mind this is all in not just for the surgery so (flights, transfers, surgery, hotel) on top of the £2800 I paid back in may 2023. So we’re now talking around £5000 in total. August 2024 . Revision is booked, based on the small fee off £500 for the revision I thought ok, maybe this time half the work is already done so maybe the result will be better, maybe it was because my breasts before any surgery were so saggy before. My other thought was, no other surgeon will probably touch me in the uk with not getting it done in the uk. I go ahead with the surgery, Again the same process. Can’t fault the hospital staff I must say as they always check on you. Then the dreaded day comes, check up day. I go to the clinic and wait 40minutes past my check up time and I start to feel suspicious. I ask for assistance then get moved to a doctors room where I will be sorted. I sit for another 25 minutes then in walks some random man, a nurse and my patient coordinator. As soon as I seen him I knew. He said “my name is dr … (unsure of name ) what surgery have you had?” When I tell you my face DROPPED. I said “what do you mean?” He was like “”well what surgery have you had, your doctor can’t make it so I’m going to be helping you today” I’m sitting there thinking. You’re going to be looking at my breasts, checking the healing process and you don’t even know what I’ve had done? I was livid. However i complied as I was assured this doctor was also in the field of breast augmentation surgery and in fact I had no other choice as I was leaving the next day. When I tell you I burst into tears when I saw them for the 2nd time after the revision. Honestly it has been the worst experience of my life. I am now nearly 7 weeks post op from my 2nd surgery (revision) and my breasts are still uneven, different nipple heights, different nipple sizes and shapes. I also have a little hole on the side of my nipple that is oozing. Ive never felt so low in my life . I’ll be happy if I can stop even 1 person from going through with this with this company. I am genuinely considering legal advice.

Fantastic. From the minute arriving at the airport I was met by our vanity driver. All the staff despite the language with some still put you at ease. If my recovery goes well then I would say vanity have changed my life for something so simple that the NHS no longer help with. Couldn't thank Umet and my Surgeon enough for their support, time and experience.

Everything about Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital totally exceeded all of my expectations! I have talked to a few clinics regarding the procedures I wanted to get done and Vanity was not only prompt at answering my questions, they also gave me a few options. Going alone from the USA, I was a little bit anxious just thinking I was gonna be put under without any family members or friends by my side. BUT Vanity made me feel at ease and comfortable all throughout my treatments and stay! From Cihan (my patient coordinator), to Gizem who answered all of my questions and helped me (and still helping me while I’m recovering back in the US), to Recep (the van driver), all the nurses, staff and Dr. Semih Yildiz, I can never thank you guys enough! You all were some of the nicest and kindest and knowledgeable people I have ever met in my life! I cannot recommend you guys enough to all my friends who are thinking about making a life changing decision and I will continue to talk about your kindness and service to everyone who will be interested.

Vanity definitely takes care of their patients! I heard a few horror stories from other patients about their surgery and hospital stay. Umut the coordinator was wonderful, helpful, and communicated thoroughly. My surgeon Erman Menekse who did my rhinoplasty, forehead lift, upper bleph, and midface lift did an excellent job! He was kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable. I will be coming back to get my lift!
