I wouldn't normally complete a Trustpilot review for medical care since everyone's own experience is different to the next, but I wanted to reiterate the other positive comments on Trustpilot since they were the basis of my decision to use Vanity Cosmetic Surgery. The communication prior to my surgery was good - but ramped up as the date of travel and surgery came nearer. All information was supplied and as agreed, we were met at the airport by the transport company run by Vanity. The trip from the Airport to Instanbul was long in the traffic, but they had free wifi on board so we had others things to do! We had a quick blood test at a local private clinic then were taken to the hotel. We stayed at the Buem Hotel in quite a small room with 2 single beds, but in hindsight the small room made it much easier to get to the loo post surgery!! An early start on surgery day when we met our co-ordinator Berfin (wonderful young lady) and the surgeon who drew pretty lines on my body! Berfin's English was excellent and she acted as translator for me, she is a very kind and understanding lady and has kept in touch with me post surgery. Post surgery is interesting! The nurses know very little English but enough of the key words to understand you when you need drugs or are in pain. They are however exceptionally kind, attentive and professional in their approach and I cannot fault them for how they dealt with me. My surgeon was also very attentive and visited me post surgery. I was taken back to the Hotel on day 3 to recouperate and rest, this was hard since I found moving - specifically getting out of bed - very difficult, but with the meds and everything prescribed to me on hand, all was good. I didn't need the painkillers after day 5 and was mobile from around day 4. The stooping so as not to put any pressure on the scar was unbearable and my back suffered as a result. I am incredibly pleased with the results of my surgery and more so that I chose Vanity. I based my decision on the 'before and after' photos and felt they offered the neatest scars and results post surgery - when speaking to other people in the hotel, some who had used Vanity before, some that had not, they too chose Vanity for similar reasons - the results. I want to thank Berfin my co-ordinator and Dr Cagatay Oner for being made to feel very welcome and for an excellent outcome and surgical results.

I had a full deep plane facelift, upper and lower eyelid and neck lift with fat transfer Tuesday 16th January and I am back to work,albeit working from home today. I am very pleased with my experience, from the initial contact in the beginning, setting the date, travelling, my expectations, which Dr Semih explained thoroughly and then my recovery so far. I am now 8 days out Post Op. I am on no painkillers, and just have swelling and numbness and slight tenderness around my eyes, jaw line and neck, but I am getting better everyday. I am so pleased I came to Turkey and recommend Dr Samih and the Vanity Hospital. Thank you Dr Semih,Ayse and Azyra for your patience and understanding.

What made this experience great was, in the first place, the professionalism, the care and kindness of all the staff of Vanity. Thanks to them, but most of all, Dr Cagatay, who far exceeded my expectations, I was able to make my dream come true and finally have the nose that I always wanted. Everyone was always available and ready to provide any necessary clarification and to reassure me when I was needed. Their attention to patients care is one the peculiarities that made them special. I've felt pampered for all the time being. Their concern during the pre- and post- operative period, confirmed me that I couldn't have chosen a better clinic. I just want to thank everyone, Dr Cagatay again, but in particular Emily, who followed me trought this beautiful experience from start to finish, The Clinic Nourses, who took care of me during my hospitalization, and finally Ayse, who followed me remotely during my post-operative period and reassure me anytime. My experience overall was pleasant and I was very happy with the service, everybody is nice and welcoming. The communication was smooth and easy when I had questions and needed help. The doctor was clear and understood my expectations and was kind and gentle. What I enjoyed as well was how helpful Umut was and positive when before the surgery and after when I get swelling, I didn’t feel judged or something, he was such a nice guy with a good sense of humour. The only comment I can maybe say negatively was that I didn’t know I was going to pee in a bag the first day and it was painful to pee after removal but anything else was just great. It takes courage to do this and I’m glad I entrusted myself to vanity.

I don't know how you get such good reviews. Maybe the doctors are great but the system you've got going on with the coordinators booking the surgeries, is horrible and creates great insecurity and mistrust. I'm not sure I want to have my surgery with you any more. I booked a consultation through realself. I made the mistake to book through the website 3 times, so 3 different coordinators reached out. Each one of them claiming that I shouldn't book with the other and I should book with them. When I finally spoke with one, he was ready to book my surgery without asking a thing. I am the one that said "do you want my information?". After I sent my information where I said that I take medicine that's an opioid blocker, the coordinator asked me "what are opioids?"!!! Seriously? Surgery coordinatorts that don't know what opioids are? Then he told me he'll talk to the surgeron and in less than 5 minutes my surgery was approved. I said that that wasn't the surgeron I wanted and he said "ok I'll contact the one you wanted". Now my surgery was approved in less than 1 minute! So either these doctors are not busy at all and have way too much free time, or the coordinators approve the surgeries themselves. When I was asked when I'm planning to have the surgery, I said early Octomber. The response was "we have an opening in two weeks". I said "well, if you can book me two weeks beforehand, I'll contact you on September". Then he said "no I can't book you two weaks before!". He also told me that the price he gave me will be valid only for this month. That sounded like a trick to make me book right then at that moment, because everyone says the same: "book now and you'll get a better price". No I can't book noow, I haven't even spoken to the surgeron, I only spoke with someone that didn't even know what opioids are! This is surgery! This is serious. I can't say I'm having it in two weeks! I need to plan my budget, my work, the time I'll take off from work. But you are in a rush to take my money, not taking into account if I can have the surgery that soon. So with that system, I can't trust these clinics. I'll only trust when I talk to the surgeron themselves.

Ich hatte am 9. Januar eine Nasenkorrektur. Die Terminierung und der Kundenservice war top. Ich wurde herzlich aufgenommen und sehr gut beraten. Aktuell habe ich auch Frau Yasemin, die sich herzlich um mich und um meine Fragen per WhatsApp kümmert. Mein Arzt, der Doktor Mert war auch ein sehr einfühlsamer Mensch. Die stationäre Aufnahme nach meiner Nasen OP war auch sehr gut. Die Krankenschwestern waren ebenso wie alle anderen anderen sehr herzlich. Im Allgemeinen bin ich mehr wie zufrieden. Meine Nase wurde genau so nach meinen Wünschen operiert. Ich danke der Vanity Ästhetik, Familie.

I came to Vanity from Canada 🇨🇦 because of the positive reviews on their surgical services. I decided on breast augmentation as I have always been self conscious of my flat chest. When I arrived in Istanbul I was greeted with their pickup services to take me to the Hospital. The van was very comfortable, and had wifi! I met my Designated Coordinator, Berfin, at Vanity who took such good care of me to make sure I had everything I needed, as well as aligning all of the appointments. She spoke English very well which was extremely helpful as I am not educated in their language here. Dr. Semih was very kind, caring, and explained everything to me about the procedure. Made sure to take the time to make me comfortable, and the procedure was around 2 hours and I experienced very little pain afterwards. I did have some normal side affects for a couple days, that were tended to with rest (nausea, exhaustion) but overall the experience was amazing, and Dr Semih came to my recovery room immediately after the procedure was done to check on me. Berfin continued to check in on me almost daily, making sure I was doing okay, and had everything I needed. Thank you so much! To Berfin, Dr. Semih, and entire Nursing Staff for taking such good care! I will be visiting Vanity again next year for other services, and I would 10/10 recommend this clinic!

Kadri İla isimli doktora kepçe kulak ameliyatı olmak için ALMANYADAN kalkıp geldim. 1.5 ay sonra kulağım geri açıldı, herkes kulağımın olmadığını da bana belirtiyordu kendim de farkediyodum. Kontrol randevusuna gittim, saatlerce anlamsız tıbbi terimler kullanarak bu çok başarılı bir ameliyat yapacak bir şeyim yok eskisi gibi değilsiniz dedi bana. Tabiki de eskisi gibi olmadığım belli ancak kulağımın 1 tanesinde ciddi acılma var ben hala kulagımı kamerada saklıyorum. Mutsuzsunuz ama yapacak bişeyim yok dedi. Asla önermiyorum asla bu kişiye ameliyat falan olmayın. Verdiğim parayı helal etmiyorum, bilir kişi raporlarıyla mahkemeye gideceğim, dediğim gibi bu kadar acemi bir doktoru böyle bir kurum nasıl bünyesinde barındırır inanamıyorum.
