This service was 10/10 absolutely cannot fault it. We were made at ease and comforted by how easy this experience was as the transfers from airport>hotel>all my appointments etc took a lot of the stress off as the drivers were very punctual. The staff were very efficient in the hospital there was a slight language barrier between myself and the nurses but that is to be expected and regardless of this their care that they gave was brilliant and they were very reassuring. My surgeon was so friendly and the result of my operation was absolutely gorgeous he gave me the exact result I asked for. As for my medical assistant he was absolutely brilliant he would be on the other end of the phone for any questions I had no matter how big or small the enquiry, he would reply so fast! I ran out of bandages in my hotel and he had more delivered to my room door within the same day! Such a friendly fellow too I felt very comforted by this. The hotel they put us in was gorgeous too honestly I recommend vanity to anybody.

Vanity estetikte mert hocama gögüs amelıyatı oldum, ilgisinden beni aydınlatmasından cok memnun kaldım. Ameliyat ve geri kalan sürecimde bir okadar agrısız ve rahat gecirdim. Hemsireler ve asistanlar da cok ilgili ve güler yüzlülerdi. Çok memnun kaldım herkese tavsiye edebilecegim güzel bir klinik👍🌸

Très belle expérience médicale, personnels sympas et attentionnés . Par contre j’ai été un peu déçu de ne pas avoir eu d’assistance physique après mon opération durant mon séjour à l’hôtel. Mais sinon dans l’ensemble tout était nickel. Je recommande fortement , pour les français on vous met en contact avec un médecin parlant français !

Beschwerden: Ich habe meinen behandelnden Arzt erst einige Stunden vor der Operation kennengelernt und er war weder mit mir noch mit meiner Geschichte vertraut, was dazu führte dass ich ihm alle Fragen erneut beantworten musste und sofort beunruhigt war. Preise werden am Tag der OP erhöht anstatt dass man sich vorher ausgiebig über die Situation der Patienten informiert. Als ich im Narkoseraum war wurde ich nicht in die Narkose begleitet, man hat mir die Narkose ohne Vorwarnung zugeführt. Nach dem Aufwachen von der Narkose war ich unter Panik, da ich ohne Vorwarnung eingeschlafen bin. Die Pflegerinnen haben nicht versucht mit mir zu reden oder mich zu beruhigen, sie haben mich gewaltvoll festgehalten und ich erhielt dadurch sowohl psychische wie körperliche Beschwerden. Pflegerinnen verstehen kein Englisch und können somit überhaupt nicht helfen wenn man Fragen hat. Nach dieser traumatischen Erfahrung im Narkoseraum erlitt ich eine Panikattacke, bei der ich vom Arzt nicht ernstgenommen wurde und mir anschliessend Xanax verabreicht wurde ohne mich zu fragen, ob ich damit einverstanden bin. Ich darf kein Xanax einnehmen. Die Medikamente der Nachbehandlung muss man zusätzlich noch bezahlen, obwohl in der Offerte ganz klar steht, der Preis sei für die Operation und sie gesamte Nachbehandlung. Anwendung der Medikamente wird von einem Leihen erklärt und nicht vom Arzt. Der offensichtlich nicht informiert über den Zustand der Patienten ist. Ich wurde mit der Watte Füllung Nachhause geschickt und gemäss Anweisung vom Übersetzer über WhatsApp sollte ich meine Nase spülen. Da die Watte dies nicht zulässt (logischerweise) habe ich gefragt, ob ich diese rausnehmen darf. Die Antwort lautete, ich muss die Watte eine Woche in der Nase lassen und auch als ich erklärte, dass das keinen Sinn machte, weil ich meine Nase sonst ja nicht spülen kann behaarte er darauf. Die mit Blut und Wundwasser vollgesaugte Watte fiel nach ca drei Tage ab und als ich ihn informierte meinte er das sei kein Problem.. also war sie wohl doch nicht notwendig und er wusste nicht von was er spricht. Musste mich immer selbst nach dem weiteren Vorgehen erkundigen. Keine weiteren Anweisungen nach der Entlassung. Murat, mein Betreuer und Übersetzer hält keine Fristen ein, ignoriert meine Nachrichten und geht nicht auf meine Beschwerden ein aber wenn es darum geht, dass ich Vanity bewerten soll ist er ganz aufmerksam. Ich bin von dieser ganzen Erfahrung und der unmenschlichen und fahrlässigen Behandlung schockiert.

Ich habe mich bei Vanity für eine Nasenkorrektur und eine Ohrenanlegung entschieden. Die Kommunikation und Organisation funktionierte super. Ich habe über WhatsApp in Deutsch kommuniziert. Meine ganzen Fragen und Anliegen wurden geklärt. Das Gesamtpaket zu buchen funktioniert auch einwandfrei und ging super einfach. Es wird so gut wie alles von Ihnen erledigt. Vor Ort wird man am Flughafen abgeholt und zum Hotel bzw. zur Klinik gebracht um den Transfer musste ich mir keine Gedanken machen. Die OP fand bereits am 2 Tag statt. Das Personal ist mega freundlich leider wird auf Englisch kommuniziert aber es gibt auch Dolmetscher. Ich würde Raten genau zu wissen was man sich vorstellt damit der Arzt weiß was verlangt wird und es wird alles genau besprochen. Danach ging es direkt in den OP. Einige Stunden nach der OP wurde ich aufgrund meines guten Zustandes wieder ins Hotel geschickt um mich auszuruhen. Die ganzen notwendigen Medikamente wurden mir gebracht und die Hotelangestellten waren alle sehr hilfsbereit. Man bekommt auch eine Ansprechperson die immer erreichbar ist wenn Fragen aufkommen. Dies fand ich sehr gut. Das einig negative ist, dass zwischen OP-Tag und Kontrolltermin am 7 Tag keine weiteren Kontrollen vorgenommen werden. Ich hätt mir evtl zwischendurch eine Kontrolle gewünscht, da ich ziemliche Ohrenschmerzen hatte. Mein endgültiges Feedback kann ich noch nicht abgeben, da ich noch mitten in der Genesung befinde. So im Großen und Ganzen ist es schon empfehlenswert und ich bereue es nicht.

Experiencia maravillosa, mil gracias a Emel, "Gizem" es especial, muy simpática, agradable y pendiente en todo momento y el doctor Bugra es un artista, volvería mil veces más y recomiendo a todo el mundo escoger los. Gracias a todo el personal de la clínica por ser tan atentos.

Een geweldige ervaring gehad bij Vanity Op 13/02/2024 heb ik een haartransplantatie ondergaan bij Vanity alles is super gegaan met een ervaren en een heel vriendelijke dokter dr.Ramazan samen met zijn 2 assistenten die ook heel vriendelijk waren en me van begin tot einde verzorgden en me op mijn gemak stelden, de operatie zelf was pijnloos en heel goed gegaan, zelfs na de operatie hadden ze elke dag contact met mij om mijn herstel op te volgen zeker Ayşe Hanim een heel vriendelijk persoon die me bij al mijn vragen heeft geholpen en altijd klaar staat om mijn vragen te beantwoorden. Ik dank heel de Vanity team voor deze mooie ervaring en raad iedereen aan om voor deze ziekenhuis te kiezen. J’ai subi une rhinoplastie il y a 7 jours de ça . Cela faisait des années maintenant que le plus gros complexe que j’ai est mon nez avant de le refaire j’ai pu rencontrer plusieurs chirurgiens en France mais aucun n’a su répondre à mes attentes, j’ai trouvé la clinique Vanity et prit la décision de les contacter l’échange c’est extrêmement bien passé cela faisait plus d’1 ans que j’étais en contact avec eux avant de revenir en Turquie pour me faire opérer et cela a été la meilleure décision que j’ai pu prendre même si ce n’était pas à côté de chez moi l’avant opération j’ai reçu un suivi complet de la personne qui s’occupait de moi . J’ai pu parler avec mon chirurgien qui a directement compris ce que je n’appréciais pas dans mon nez, pendant et après l’opération j’ai été être prise en charge par les infirmières qui étaient très gentilles et douces. Puis j’ai rencontré Ayse qui s’est occupé de mon suivi après l’intervention et a été patiente ,gentille , agréable… même après l’invention passer elle continue à prendre de mes nouvelles chaque jour qui passe. Le personnel de Vanity que ce soit de l’accueil au personnel de suivi, au infirmières , et mon chirurgien ont étaient patient compréhensif avec moi . C’est pour toit ce que j’ai écrit je recommande bien évidemment cette clinique car cela m’a permis enfin d’avoir le nez que j’ai toujours souhaité et ne plus avoir de complexe et je suis extrêmement ravie d’avoir eu comme chirurgien le dr Çagatay.

İyi ki vanity estetiğe gelmişim ve iyi ki ameliyat olmuşum :) Çünkü bütün çalışanları valesi hasta kayıt bölümü çaycı ablamız hemşireler özellikle Doktorum benimle ayrı ayrı ilgilendiler .. sadece vanity estetik içerisinde değil dışardan da telefonla sürekli olarak temas halindeyiz .. Ve özel hissetmek güzel bişey o yüzden herkese tavsiye ederim ve ediyorum .

I had chin liposuction done at Vanity Cosmetic/ Estetik in Istanbul about a month ago and I had an amazing experience. Lovely assistant Yavuz really made me feel comfortable and if I needed anything he was always there. My surgeon called Dr Buğra Ipek is amazing at his job, I explained which parts I wanted to remove and the results so far is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Vanity Cosmetic/ Estetik to anyone looking to do cosmetic surgeries, they do all sorts of surgeries and it’s a nice clean comfortable clinic/ hospital. My recovery went smoothly and the meals provided were great. Definitely will go back in the future if I want to do anymore cosmetic surgeries. 5+ stars for Vanity & the staff there.

Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Vanity clinic is so well organised, my transfers we always waiting for me, my patient coordinator Umut organised everything seamlessly, all I had to do was be in the right place at the right time. The hospital is spotless, the staff are efficient and my operation was so straightforward. I had a breast uplift with Dr Erman who was absolutely lovely, very knowledgeable and even though I am only 5 days post op I am very happy with my results and in very little pain. Would not hesitate to recommend Vanity to anyone in particular Emily, Umut and Dr Erman ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extremely happy with my revision rhinoplasty results from Vanity. I first came to the clinic in 2022 for rhinoplasty but just recently went back for revision due to my nasal valve collapsing. My client care advisor, Berfin, has been amazing from the minute I started to have concerns from my first surgery up, until now. No question was ever unanswered and my surgery felt like a walk in the park. Agréablement surpirse par cette expérience qui devait être dure et lourde .
