The company kj PCO has the best customer service, they are always one call away! Ive been renting for nearly 3 months and Daniela has always been very helpful with any problem I have. I recommend anyone that wants to rent a car, to use on PCO. Absolutely outstanding!!!

I have rented 4 cars from kj I unfortunately had two accidents one no fault and one fault but I pay extra £25 a week to cancel any insurance excess. Kj really help every time i come to office they do my Uber bolt uploads and the office is always happy. Thank you Daniela for everything

I first found KJ PCO as they were only a few minutes walk from my home and after being let down by Otto, I decided to get in touch. Daniella is incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. I do believe that at one point she has been pretty much running the office on her own, so yes, there have been a couple of communication issues, but we're all human and can only do so much sometimes! The point is, KJPCO will do what they can to help their drivers. I will continue to use them. Walking into their office is always a pleasure and you will be greeted with a friendly smile. I rented a white 19 plate Prius and it was lovely. They handed it to me absolutely immaculate and that's how I returned it!

Wasn’t really happy with the customer service provided within the 2 years of renting from them, paid 2 excess fees even though it wasn’t my fault and staff were avoiding calls and texts when there was an issue. They should really look to customer service skills. 👎🏽 no discounts throughout covid and had to pay to respray damages to car from previous hirer as they accused me. They didn’t even give back my full deposit. Disappointed with this company. Avoid this company because once they read the review they’ll threaten you if review isn’t taken down.

initially when you contact them they treat you well once they collect your deposit, for them to follow up and provide original document requested by ola and freenow is problem. i had punctured tyre at night and raining called Rac and i was invoices £150 from my deposit after fixing the tyre. Rac charge £114 which i agreed but balance £35 they said admin fee of £15 and £20 for fixing the tyre i have already done. Cant believe this is happening.

Amazing service daniella was friendly and very professional. They closed at 5:30pm but she stayed late with farhad to check out my vehicle and shs upload all mt documenfs thank you

I had amazing contact with service representative Daniella. She took a call from me at 17.30pm and waited till 7pm for me to collect my car and process documents. I would highly recommend her.

To be honest I've been renting from different companies over the last 6 years and I've never come across a company like this. They are absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. Extremely friendly and ALWAYS get things done on time. I was involved in a non fault accident at 6am,the same day I was already on the road with a Replacement vehicle with all documents updated by 3pm,as I'm an Uber Diamond driver. The garages Always see you right away,always helpful. In terms of paperwork,appointments etc they are always efficient. Any help you need is available all the time, they never make you feel like your just a Driver renting off them. They treat you like they Appreciate your custom. Speak to you with respect and always professional. Daniella is the woman that's in charge of things,she is the main reason I came to these guys. A couple of years ago I rented from a company that Dan worked at,she looked after me for over 2 years. When I knew she worked here at KJpco I just transferred the deposit and just went and collected my car,didn't even ask which one etc or about the documents the pco absolutely nothing,because I knew I was sorted. I will never Rent off another company. Obviously as drivers we are stressed out about literally everything,now imagine having car issues,life would feel proper bad. I know I can work 7 days a week and always have a Vehicle available for me,even if the car is in the garage etc. No headache or dramas with Payments etc.. always Things work. I just go work when I want and make some money Alhumdulillah but never worry about the car because I know I'm all good. Defo worth Hiring off these guys 💯👌
