This is the second piece of work that Smiths have done for me in the last 6 months. The materials and work are both of a very high standard. The workman was on time and finished well ahead of what I expected. He took time talking me through the work when finished and left me a happy customer. I would have no problems with using Smiths again and recommending them to family and friends.

My family have lived in our present house for many years and we have watched the windows and doors of the garage/workshop slowly deteriorate, with the regular struggle in winter to enter through the doors, so eventually we called on Smith Glass who were able to measure up , supply and fit UPVC doors and windows. Delivery and fitting were on the day promised by two experienced and hard working fitters to bring a needed improvement to an old friend.

just had smiths build my new conservatory, from start to finish the service was excellent, Maggie the designer was brilliant, the builders, sparky, and plasterer were excellent. they have done a fantastic job and i couldnt be happier. will not hesitate to recommend smiths to anyone that asks me if i know a good double glazing/conservatory company. brilliant job done

New front door fitted, perfectly measured & had it lowered so it wasn’t so high to step over as the previous door. Well fitted with no mess or problems

Smiths Glass Ltd fitted my conservatory around 10 years ago. Gave a very good price and the installation was stress free. The fitter and electrician were fantastic and helpful. The fitter moved my satellite dish free of charge. The guys who did the foundations and brickwork came and went while I was at work but not a complaint from me over anything. Not too many months ago I had a few windows replaced. One to the conservatory and two to my front door. The salesperson was friendly and to the point and the fitter was really helpful, even taking time to adjust my back door to the conservatory as it had dropped over the years. I would use Smiths again without question and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Smiths as the seal had gone on one of our double glazed window units and it needed replacing. They were very polite and communicative - first a quick visit from the sales rep followed by a visit to measure up before having the new unit made and coming to fit it - each time very quick and easy.

We have used Smiths for a number of years and find them very professional and quality excellent. With regard to recent glass replacement on several windows, fitters were friendly and their work excellent. Both ensured social distancing was applied.

The quality of the windows and the materials used, and the standard of the fitting was 2nd to none. The surveying team did a great job to ensure a quality fit. However, the sales team made a number of errors which I found frustrating but, having said that, the end result was a fantastic price which I was very pleased with. So overall, I would recommend Smiths to anybody that wants quality windows at a superb price, well done Smiths
