A good service with clean and competent work carried out

Excellent service from start to finish

No criticism of the workmanship and product, it was installed and completed at the specified time. A small problem with the letterbox but that was quickly rectified. Would have got 5 stars other than the unwelcome follow up sales calls, quite intrusive really.

An update on my last review - at beginning of October still awaiting the service department to reply to my emails must have sent over 20. Still no date to fix broken handle or front door lock, have sent another email today but not holding my breath for a reply. Don’t use this company wouldn’t even give 1 star no customer relation service at all. They take your money and run. Irene Tearle - job no. 2190498

Great service fast and efficient service would recommend

Very clean workman. Very quick and professional

The window frames themselves were fine and up to the general industry standard but communications with the company very poor. Spoke to 8 different people at various times and it was difficult to get through on phone. Emails were not replied to and messages not passed on. One window was not fitted centrally so has a smaller margin at bottom than the sides and top. One glass panel had marks between the two panes and had to be replaced. However the replacement has different tinting to the other adjacent panels. No response received to my email complaint. Their hard sell approach is stressful even to someone like me who has been used to it in business for 50 years. However unfortunately it is common in the industry. As a consequence I subsequently had additional windows and front door supplied by a smaller local firm, equally competitive, which was an altogether more enjoyable experience.

Very hard sell but once they realised I wasn't going to be pressured into signing without getting other quotes service improved. Installers were fabulous. Quick and neat job. Overall a good job.
