Very helpful and polite woman on the phones, clear information given and hopefully I'll have my windows installed soon enough.

I am really happy with my door and windows, they've made such a difference. The process was really smooth and the fitters were great and did an excellent job. Only one small thing is as I live on the ground floor I was told by the salesman that in the summer I could put the windows open a little as they lock, but the fitters have said not to as they can be opened from the outside, but it is just a small thing.

I am very pleased with the replacement door that was fitted .It is good quality and a good fit. There was an issue with the first door that went in but I am happy with the way this was satisfactorily resolved without hassle by the company. Now the final result has exceeded expectation.

The sales associates and builder themselves were professional reliable and made the experience positive.

All good, got a good price, quality door, finished really nice to the spec I wanted, installation guys did a good job, sales guys persistent but I guess it’s their job , they eventually got to a price that was good for both of us, I would use Smiths again.

My conservatory roof needed replacement and upgrade so I did my homework and over a few months I gathered some quotes. As expected all, rather annoyingly, started high then, some slowly, some more effectively, they all ended up in roughly the same ball park. I favoured Smith Glass gathered whatever feedback I could from the internet on those who quoted and worryingly saw some reviews, from some time ago, that left me weighing up the risks of choosing Smiths! However I discussed my concerns with them, their attitude was positive explaining past challenges and how their current processes would ensure a good service. I decided to give them a chance and how pleased I am now that I did. Everyone involved in the process delivered a top notch service when they said they would effectively and efficiently supplying a great product, no mess, no fuss, I’m so pleased with the result, a conservatory as good as new, they delivered their promise.

Would have given a 5 star, however, there is always a problem that arises after installation has been completed that I have to phone up about to get it put right.
