I called Junk Bunk at very short notice, to remove an old style TV, which was too heavy for me to move myself. Steven, whom I spoke to, was pleasant, courteous and able to accommodate me, and followed his verbal quotation immediately with a confirmation email. The guys who did the collection called ahead to let me know they were running a little late and arrived promptly. They were efficient and helpful and also took away the TV stand which, owing to a miscommunication on my part,had not been included on the initial specification. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Junk Bunk for any clearance work.

Very quick response to my email, straightforward no-nonsense quote, efficient and professional confirmation of time and date, call 15 minutes before pick up, polite and helpful workers, and stuck to original quote despite some difficulty in removing furniture through narrow corridors. I have already booked them for another pickup! Highly recommended.

The quote arrived quickly, and unlike many companies, Junk Bunk did not spam me with emails, calls and texts. I had a follow-up email and then organised everything by email. On the day, they were running a bit late. They made sure they spoke to me in person - I missed a call, they didn't leave a message but called 10 minutes later to make sure they spoke to me in person. I had a 220cm by 230cm wardrobe with sliding doors which was disassembled and removed quickly and everyone was polite and friendly.
