I live in NW5 - the guys were great removed all of the rubbish as requested and even helped me bag up some loose builder rubbish that had been left behind. They were friendly, polite and courteous and i would strongly recommend them.

They came. Bashed doors, walls and finally front door locking mechanism. Had to pay Banham £114 to come out and repair. Engineer said it had been hit really hard. Junk Bunk customer service apparently spoke to their men who claimed to have damaged nothing. How could they possibly know particularly as they had trouble getting some things out? No one lives at property. I unlocked the door and the lock was in good order. Junk Bunk leaves and the lock no longer works. A reputable company owns up to its responsibilities. Also had issues about how much they could take despite photos showing everything. Would NOT recommend.

Excellent service, paid exactly what i was quoted and the collection was painless.

It was extremely easy to set up a collection appointment. On the day, the van was gridlocked in traffic following an accident -- but immediately rang to let us know they would be late. A great service, and we will use them again.

Fantastic job! Was worried about how the guys will dismantle the sofa, all the furniture and further remove it from the flat! Well, apparently everything is possible for them! The 2 guys were on time and finished all the work within 20 minutes. Easy, fast and cheaper than other places!
