DONT ORDER !!! Placed an order 313 pounds and never arrived or reply my calls. I even got a friend to call from spain and no answer.

Made an order on the 11-01-2021 for £135.96 order no. 1660418 and still have not received my order. They have ignored all my emails. Have not refunded my money. Seems like they are taking money from UK customers and not delivering. Do not use.

I ordered a 5J jamon on 21st Feb for £550.00. Should have received this within 4 business days. Still nothing. Have telephoned and emailed many times but no response. Very disappointed. Have ordered in the past and the jamon was amazing. Maybe they’ve gone out of business.....does anyone know if that’s the case.

Paid for items over two weeks ago and haven’t heard a peep from them since. No contact details on their website. American number on their Facebook, I thought they were based in Barcelona, not the US!! Ruined my partners 50th!

Je suis choquée car j'ai été malade en mangeant du jamabon commandé par ce site. Le jambon ne sentait vraiment pas bon, mais je me suis dit que c'était peut être l'emballage qui voulait ça. Je l'ai mis sur une assiette que j'ai laissé dehors quelques dizaines de minutes puis en ai mangé 3 petites tranches mais n'ai pas pu en manger plus car aussitôt avalées j'en ai eu des nausées. Depuis j'ai été malade plusieurs fois. Mon mari a senti le jambon et a tout de suite dit qu il y avait un gros problème avec. Il a regardé sur l'emballage et il faut le conserver entre 0 et 5 degrés, alors que cela n'était stipulé nul part et qu il n'a bien sur pas été envoyé dans un mini frigo ni dans un emballage spécial, simplement à même le colis. Les Amoureux du Jambon ou Hamlovers m'ont vendu de la nourriture avariée et ont rompu la chaîne du froid ce qui est très grâve. J'ai évidemment tout de suite pris comtact avec le site en expliquant ce qui s'était passé, c'était il y a 6 jours mais n'ai reçu aucune réponse.

I received an email from Hamlovers telling me that my ham order was on its way. However I did not order the ham and suspected it was a gift from a friend. The only problem was that we do not live in the UK, but the ham was being delivered to our overseas address, UK (which of course does not exist). I wrote to Ham lovers to point this out and to ask if they could deliver to our overseas address, and they have still not replied to my email. I was embarrassed to get a message from friends this week asking if we had received a "strange parcel" from them. I guessed it was the ham and had to tell them that nothing had arrived. They just have been thinking I was rude not to have acknowledged it. I don't know yet if Hamlovers ham is a great product because I have not tasted it. However Hamlovers does need to do something about its customer service!

I was introduced to Ham lovers by a family member and the taste of the ham he served up at a party. I ordered on line, which was really simple, and was able almost immediately to track my ham which arrived very promptly in perfect order and included an excellent introductory dvd explaining how to cut as well as a knife and stand. needless to say the ham is fantastic. I would certainly recomend Ham Lovers to my friends and will order again.

I wanted to buy a birthday present for my wife and decided to buy her a serrano ham. I was born and grew up in the province of Huelva where many of the best hams originate, and I do know something about them. I ordered a pata negra shoulder ham (paleta) which came with a stand and knife. I asked for it to be sent to my daughter's address since my wife and I were going to be abroad on holiday. My daughter enjoys ham but is not by any means an expert. Hamlovers.co.uk contacted her to say that they did not have the product that I had ordered but suggested what they considered an appropriate alternative, and she agreed. When the ham arrived it was a leg ham not a paleta, most importantly it is not a pata negra, and it did not come with a stand so I had to order that separately as it is near impossible to carve a ham properly without a stand. The ham is OK, and it is being enjoyed, but it is definitely not of the quality I wanted, lacking the dark colour and fullness of flavour you get with the top quality hams.

The ham was a very reasonable price and taste divine. They swopped out the standard free standard knife and DVD for olive oil. As I already had them from a previous purchase.
