These guys are really great. Quick and efficient. The new "tenant pays" option saves us having to meet with the tenants another time to collect the credit check fee. Been using them for almost a decade!

I enjoy using landlord station and it's affordable, there's is always room for improvement but overall is a good user friendly system...

I’ve only used the Tenant Screening feature (credit check) but it is great. I really like the new feature to have the tenant pay directly for credit check. All you need is name and email! Better for landlord and tenant. Highly highly recommend.

im not sure, but it seems there is no way to send the results of a background check to the prospective tenant. am i right ?

The pric ing is higher than others and your reports show less

I needed a credit and background check quickly on this holiday weekend and I got a response back within the hour. It took me a while to learn how to Maneuver through the report. Other than that it looked great.

This is a fantastic tool to qualify the tenant. I am always referring landlords and others to this website.

Using your system was quick and easy. I was a bit rusty and when I asked a question for assistance your staff got back to me quickly. I appreciate this program.

Great service and easy to use website

I have used Landlord station for years. I think they are always looking for ways to improve. I like being able to customize my application for renters. I like deciding when to send a credit check to prospective tenants. I like how quickly they get back in the credit checks. I wish that the rent collection system were quicker.

I got the background check back the same day and signed the tenant that day. Tom

System glitched. Ended up with incomplete report. I had to pay again for the right report and the link they sent to my potential tenant does not work. Still not resolved going on a week. Would not recommend.
