Easy to use for both landlord and tenants.

We have been using Landlord Station for years now. We have been happy with the credit, eviction, and background checks portion. It's the most important part of our application process, and Landlord Station has made this process alot easier.

Have used Landlord Station on and off whenever I need them to help me screen a new tenant. Thankfully, because the screening is perfect to what degree I need, I haven't had to find too many replacement tenants! Much functionality, of which I don't even use, but am glad that it is there if I need it!

The credit & background check service was fast. The customer service response to my questions was also fast and thorough. It would've been helpful if they would've provided a scoring range directly on the report in which to reference the resident score though.

The prospective tenant provided an incorrect address, Landlord Station not only fixed the problem but also the gentleman helping me stayed on the line with me for quite a while until the tenant gave me a response.

Do not like the changes since using it last. Gone is the recommendation feature the actual report has nothing in common with the sample report you showing and after contacting customer support they really did not give a satisfying answer. I will definitely looking elsewhere.
