Landlord Station is a great company. Their online options are great, including creating a rental application and ability to download it.

I did not get a response for the email I sent to customer service. The platform was somewhat user-friendly. I needed better instructions to do what I wanted to do, yet there was no customer service phone number to connect with anyone to resolve my issues on the platform.

I had the fortune to work with Pharoll Baker; he was prompt, courteous, and was on top of things. Thanks to Pharoll, the process went pretty smooth.

We’ve basically left Landlordstation for most of our items of Property Management, as the platform could be SO much better and it always seems to be a glitch in the system that makes all the mistakes that come up. Disaster left and right.

I like the old report format that shows different version (Landlord & Tenant). I felt the old report is more easier to read and understand the credit history. I don't really like the payment history section that break down by each month for 3+ years, it makes the report too long and hard to read. I think it might be a good idea to show how the score changes by each quarter or by each year.

A response from Landlord Station was very quick. The potential tenant had incorrect emails and when this was corrected, the report was delivered. Thank you. Contract was signed and move in date is today.

Excellent way for clients to do applications and everything it was a easy experience

It took almost a week to get the results and I never received an explanation why. This has never happen before just need to find a fix so that it doesn't happen again.

We would prefer a report with an accept or reject summary..
