My prospective tenant received the e-mail so she could confirm/approve processing of her application. She filled in the form and tried to submit it, but it was rejected by Landlord Station's server with a cryptic error message that didn't really say what the problem was (how often we see that on web sites in general = sad). She called Landlord Station's toll-free help number during normal business hours and could only leave a voice-mail. No one called back. The situation was only resolved the next day, after I intervened and sent a stern message to Landlord Station. Overall, my experience was a glitchy web site with poor error handling, and abysmal customer service. I believe I deserve a full refund of the money paid. I almost lost a good tenant.

Fast and thorough service!

I was frustrated by the response time. I had to reach out several times using different mediums (phone, voicemail, email) before someone got back to me. When I finally got a call back, I had a follow-up question. It's been about 24 hours and I have not received a response. The response time is unsatisfactory.

I found the process simple and easy. The results were better than expected. Good Job.

It is a pretty thorough report. The only thing I would recommend is that they make trying to understand the information and how to navigate through it more user friendly.

Since I started using this service it has saved me from housing people that I might have to evict for non payments and destruction. It's amazing how they will pay the fee even with their terrible history.

They advertised the first request to be free, but not for me. When I emailed them that it should not be charged, they would not credit my card. Be careful because they don't keep their word.

I would prefer that all the trade lines not be displayed. Based on the algorithms for all that is used, a approval or non-approval is really all that's necessary.
