United States | 23 March 2019My applicants found the application very difficult to use and they 30-40 and used to digital systems. Entering employers there is no way to put in correct end date with for example start 09/01/2018 to end date PRESENT in other words currently employed. Instead your system ended with 01/01/2019 as if they are NOT employed. This is unacceptable and not helpful. Also I had problems with the Application part of the system and could not get anyone to call me back. POOR customer service.Emailing is not sufficient when on tight deadlines to get a new tenant(s). Also what do you mean when on screening and get score. Acceptable per what you allowed. Where did I put in what is an "acceptable" score? This also is unacceptable. I emailed but did not yet get a response.

That is really frustrating because I have to deal with identity fraud, so you can imagine the stress of having to put my info out there for something that is free. Your system should recognize if I don't need to pay to not ask for that info.
