All the numbers worked out and I signed a lease with my tenant. Approximately 2 hours afterward my tenant began texting me crazy delusional text. Clearly this tenant has some sort of psychological history that was not disclosed on your report. Not sure if it is legal for you to find or disclose medical info but it would have been nice to know this sort of info would not be disclosed

Great service! But then, I've always gotten solid, fast, accurate service from Landlord Station, so that was expected. However, I messed up my last request, and Landlord Station resolved the problem quickly and without hassle. I really appreciate that in any business, even more so when it involves my own business. Thank you!

The website and service through it are great and easy to use. The $65 screen takes 3 days but the others are as soon as the tenant gives the authorization. I am not sure on the recommendation to rent though. I have had a couple that were questionable but were recommended. The tenant enters their income so I have them give me proof of income. Still 601 credit scores are still recommended so I am not sure what the structure for recommendations are.
