Choosing Turito has been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Their team is unresponsive and irresponsible. Their app is terrible and in dire need of updates. It frequently crashes, and neither the teachers nor the Turito team can resolve the technical issues. They demand payment upfront and then reveal their true colors. When there are problems, whether technical or logistical, there is no response from the Turito team. They do not keep track of the number of classes, and classes are counted even when the teacher does not show up. The relationship managers are incredibly frustrating to deal with, often changing teachers midway and displaying a very annoying attitude. I paid upfront for 100 classes but had to withdraw halfway. I had to raise a dispute with my bank to get a refund. I strongly recommend staying away from this scam.

I am overall happy on Turito at this time. I have been through good and bad times obviously but happy on current teachers for my son. Sudha Rani is the science teacher for my son , really lucky to have her as our teacher. I am highly impressed and recommend her as a teacher. My son was having trouble with paying attention to his work and this teacher helped him to get the best out of him. We are with turito since last 2.5 years and satisfied mostly.

I strongly recommend avoiding this platform (Turito). Additionally, regardless of the platform you choose, do not pay for more than 100 classes upfront. They require full payment in advance, and once they receive it, their true colors start to show, particularly through their extremely poor customer service. I'm not sure why companies operating from India tend to have such poor customer service.

We are very pleased with our experience with Turito. My daughter has truly enjoyed her classes, especially those with Anjali Narang, whose teaching has been exceptional. While we understand that she is currently on leave, we hope that all students have the opportunity to connect with passionate and dedicated tutors like her. Turito has been a wonderful learning platform, and we appreciate the engaging and customer friendly service it provides.

This was a complete waste of time and money. If you’re looking for quality instruction, avoid this company at all costs—they do not prioritize their students to and are more interested in filling seats than providing real education. Absolutely disappointing. The company failed to provide the right instructor despite multiple follow-ups, showing a lack of professionalism and accountability. Instead of addressing concerns, they dodged responsibility and left students with an unqualified teacher who lacked expertise in the subject matter. I had to file a dispute with PayPal as they stop responding just after the first class.

Highly cheap and bad quality company. Please stay away from their online classes...I enrolled 2 of my kids, teachers talk so rubbish with kids and all other talks them study. Moreover their calls of marketing are so Unethical if you so no interest they cut the phone on your face!!... no manners....what they gonna teach to kids? Parents should aware about this kind of fake and money oriented company....extremely disappointing 😞

Hi Sudha rani is a good since teacher. My daughter is always looking forward to her class.Teacher is very flexible to reschedule her class if my daughter is unavailable to attend her classon her day. Recently my daughter went to overseas for 2 months.She attend her class with Sudha rani in overseas for 2 months without any problems.

I am writing to express my growing frustration regarding the severe delays in clearing my incentives and allowances, which have been pending for over 200 days. Despite multiple follow-ups and email confirmations, the Payroll team, executive Mr. Pavan Gulivindala leb by Mr.Sandeep, has failed to provide any resolution or even respond to numerous emails. This ongoing situation is deeply concerning, as it not only affects me personally but also raises serious questions about the company's ability to manage financial records and employee compensation. Prior to my departure, I made sure all my dues were confirmed via email, yet they remain unsettled. If this is how financial matters are being handled, I am worried about the integrity of the company’s operations—especially when it comes to something as important as employee payments. Moreover, my EPF took a year to clear, and I’m still uncertain about where the funds were during that time. As someone who dedicated an entire two years in the company where in a year managing the as only one RM for UK region and contributed significantly to the company’s success, it is disheartening to see that such delays are now affecting the morale of employees, with several team members even avoiding classes due to delayed salaries. This, in turn, compromises the company's long-term vision of becoming a more effective education platform. I hope that the leadership team takes immediate action to clear these pending dues and implements a proper payroll tracking system. Employees' hard-earned money deserves to be handled with respect and efficiency. I believe in the company's potential, but if these issues are not addressed, I fear the dream of making a meaningful impact in the education sector may remain just that—a dream. Tutors aren't skilled enough to teach and I see a huge communication gap and students can't follow / understand the topic properly. Also they don't follow a pattern, going zigzag pattern despite of multiple feed backs provided. Turito sucks
