I'm done trying to reach Turito for a simple request of change in timing of the class. You're mistaken if you think you can build a platform by not taking requests after taking the money for admissions. I wish I can give you a negative rating.

This is a scam company, I have told them to remove my details from their database but they keep calling me day and night. be careful before you give your details to them.

Teachers are great -I would like to say big thanks to Divya Rajesh mam - she is a great teacher and Richa Maheshwari too - although we had Richa for a short time but she is good too. But experience with Divya was fantastic and my son’s English did improve and he started out a little more thought on the sentence structure and writing a story. What I didn’t like was Lack of homework and practice sheets or tests. I did mentioned it few times but nothing changed.

My child has been learning Maths with Miss Bhuwaneshwari and English with Bhupinder from Turito for more than 2 years, he has made great progress under their guidance, thanks to Miss Bhuwaneshwari and Bhupindar for being patience and caring he achieved good result in NAPLAN and overall class results. And special thanks to Saikiran Roy for being primary contact with any issues regarding Turito.

I have been doing science class with Sudha Mam for my Son ,she is very patient ,restructured the class in a way my kid understands and simplified the lesson so that my kid is more interested in the learning .I greatly appreciate the Teacher and Turito for the support .

Sudha ma'am has been very patient with my son and adapted to his learning pace very quickly and makes the class interesting with lot of interactive conversations. Would definitely recommend the teacher for science classes.

This company has very bad marketing approach of calling very late in the night for sign-ups. Having repeatedly said not interested, still getting calls from them.

I am working in turito since 2022 and highly satisfied. All the team members are very cooperative .It's really good platform for students to understand things clearly. I have already worked in other organisation but the satisfaction level I feel here never felt anywhere.

My son attends maths classes with Turito. No complains about teaching faculty. One star is for their very poor communication and customer service. Even after being their client since last few months, still getting those annoying marketing calls from their marketing team to join Turito. Even after repeated complaints to customer relations officer. Apparently my number is DND as per customer relations officer, but I am still getting calls till today. Think twice before you sign up and list your number in their website.

I am unhappy with Turito because: 1. Last year when I bought a tuition package for English for my son paying the money one off, I was told I could have a refund because my son would need to discontinue as he was due to appear for GCSE and would not choose English for his A-Levels. Turito insisted I would not get a refund but later on I asked them to switch my son to Maths and Science for the remainder of the money. However, after he was given demonstration classes for two subjects, we are in the dark, no asking for feedback or no allocation of lessons. I sent mails asking for response. Turito is blanking me. This is unacceptable and totally unprofessional. The same eagerness while they asked for full payment of a year’s lessons should be displayed in providing the service as well. I am considering escalating this further.

I liked the concept and the facilities provided by turito and I was interested in enrolling my kid as well but one of my relatives showed me a video recording of a regular class with a teacher named Ms. Shahar Banu and what a horrible class that was. She literally said and I quote "Kids are the worst" in front of a kid. The kid was not paying attention and the teacher was not able to do anything about it. She acted very unprofessionally like calling the student "bro" in almost every sentence and kept looking at her mobile most of the time while he was speaking. She even talked a bit rudely with him. Thankfully, the parents have decided to change the tutor and hopefully a better and a professional one will be appointed. I'm quite disappointed by the level of unempathetic and unprofessional teachers on here. Hope they audit them better in the future because I was and still am genuinely interested in enrolling my kid but with a different teacher.

Turito is an International Platform for learning Math, Coding, Robotics and many more subjects. I joined Turito as an International Math Instructor for the USA region. I found a healthy work-environment here.

Wonderful experience Hi! I am a international tutor on turito. I have been working in turito for six months and it is such a wonderful experience. Turito gives us opportunity and a comfortable working environment. Our support team colleague and senior every one is so helpful and understanding. It's a WFH setup with flexible timings.

**Review of Turito: A Privacy Nightmare** Enrolling in Turito has been one of the worst decisions. The constant spam, calls, texts, and relentless WhatsApp marketing are overwhelming and intrusive. They have no respect for privacy, and it’s clear they don't care about customer boundaries. With no apparent value system, Turito does not deserve any signups. Avoid at all costs.

I am having extremely hard time to get my refund back. Despite adhering to the policy of withdrawing within 1 month if enrollment and paying full fees. I have been sending emails multiple times but no concrete response. It has been 3 months since the refund is due! Total waste of time!

My son started the classes last year . They were really unprofessional and teachers don’t know the syllabus for uk when they made sure that they teach students from UK . The classes were cancelled by teachers and now they are saying that there is no classes pending. I have tried calling them and telling them but nothing is resolved. Admin is not helpful and repeats the same thing again and again. Please don’t waste your money by taking these classes. When you can get better options somewhere else . They take the money upfront and then leave you to it. The help centre is of no help. Please if you read this stop saying what you can’t deliver. Wasted a year and time with them.
