No ownership to problems, no direct contact to RM as they don’t bother to answer

There is no option to rate this company as 0 or negative. They call you 100times to enroll but after that service is really poor and they are literally a thief company. I had purchased 100 classes package for my 8th grader for Maths and Science and they said you can always change the subject as per your need. But now when I need science teacher instead of Maths they are asking me to do new enrollment. Please stay away from the trap of such a company and specially your own friends will suggest because of some incentives but actually I lost my 1000 dollars now no one is their to listen my voice. Be aware it is a scam.

She keeps engage student till end of the class.My son who doesn't like tution that much however no make excuses to attend his math class with neha mam. She well professional and dedicated teacher. Hi there, For a while til now, I was taught by Shailendra Rathore through Turito and I say, he is the best among the best! From the very first session we had, it was evident that he is not only well-versed in mathematics, but he is also very serious about his students' success. Turito in my experience overall doing good job. We had few teachers for maths and coding. Gunjan man has been best teacher for my 10 year old - teaching maths. Very kind, polite, understanding and brilliance of knowledge! My daughter loves her and waits for her class with Gunjan.

Turito only call or answer the calls only when join them once we enrolled they never call or answer back if we need to change classes schedule. Especially we reside in Australia Brisbane very bad co-ordinator. Better shut-down them.

The Disappointment from TURITO Continues! This time a big zero star from me unfortunately it doesn't allow me. A humble request to the parents or care givers who are considering to enrol their child/children with turito. If you want to regret your decision and want to compromise the future of your child, by all means, enrol with this unprofessional unethical educational platform. I have sent three emails two phone calls to schedule an additional class for my child who is appearing for his final exams in two weeks time. Despite of the critical nature of the requirement the support at TURITO gives no S**T to your urgency and Continues to ignore emails and abandons phone calls. Mind you class timing were all negotiated with the lovely, dedicated and helpful teachers but the support staff is Pain in the Neck. Trust me I could write so much French here like F bombs and more but it doesn't allow me. TURITO you are getting into my skin. Please Please parents think 100 times before signing up with TURITO.
