Vikrant Singh our relationship manager has very good problem solving skills and many times despite his personal problems has made every efforts to address and resolve parent and student concerns. He is very passionate of his work.

My daughter has been enrolled in English class and the tutor Mr. Rajeev was very good in teaching english. Customer service team is good. They communicated to me time to time if I have any issues with either tutor (OR) any other issues. I am happy so far with Turito

I find them kind of fraud tutoring service provider, One of the manor is they take money from user's account via credit card and later do not refund, Turito Austra taken money from my account with my consent & later after contacting more than a month never refunded the amount, keep saying they are processing. in addition tutoring service is below average change agreed time without giving notice neither refunded of half tution. lucky didn't sign in for long term, not recommended service is cheap no way close to what we can get in Australia locally. Cheap service below standard , strongly pls avoid.

My both kids take classes from Turito. I am very happy with the 1:1 way of teaching. One Of the best organisation. Teachers are also vey dedicated and punctual. Special thanks to Vikrant, he is so helpful and responsive. Always there to solve querie,come up with appropriate answers with no time.

Turito online 1:1 classes service absolutely fantastic. One of the best organisations to deal with. The teachers are well skilled and experts in their subjects. They provides a great mix of speaking, listening and practical learning tasks. I have enrolled my daughter with Turito 2 months ago for English and math lessons. I can say she has improved his compression in reading and writing skills. Moreover our manager Vikrant Singh looks after us really well and makes sure that any issues are dealt with immediately. I am very happy with the services of Turito and I highly recommend Turito.

My son having Hindi class from Mrs Richa Sharma and we are very please with progress. Richa teaching methods are very good and keep my son engaged and interested in learning Hindi. He joined in March with almost no knowledge of Hindi and within 5 month he can now read and write basic Hindi and gradually improving day by day. Most importantly we do not have to push our son and he is always encouraged by his teacher to do better.

All their reviews are fake. They take your money on false promises. The teachers don’t show up for the class. The classes get canceled. The classes get rescheduled without information. Absolute disgraceful and unprofessional.

My daughter is having maths class from tutor teacher Ms. Priyanka. She is very kind and easily approachable for my daughter. She likes her a lot. Teacher is very flexible and teach according to parent's requirement. She started teaching 11 plus entrance exam stuffs after teaching her all basics. Also, relationship managers are available anytime to solve any queries immediately. Overall its a good experience with turito and I am happy to continue my daughter's learning further with them.

Turito has been a great experience for us. My son has been taking Maths tutions from Ms. Pradipti, who is very kind, approachable and importantly able to give him a good foundation in Maths. She is always ready to listen to our suggestions and revisit topics if required. It has also been a good experience dealing with Turito relationship staff, who promptly address any platform related queries that we have.

SCAM FIRM. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. PERSISTANT CALL BACKS EVEN THOUGH I REQUESTED TO STOP CALLING. THEY MASS CALL FROM INDIA SPOOFING UK NUMBERS TO GET YOUR BANK DETAILS. AVOID AND REPORT IMMEDIATELY TO AUTHORITIES. Follow up regarding Turito's response. Turito escalated, added me to their DND list and proceeded to close the issue. I was happy until I got a call from them today, literally 4 days later. Upon further probing, caller said my contact isn't flagged. Seriously staff are either scammers or liars. AVOID!
