I have enrolled my Son Kavin for Turito Math and Science classes. My son was very interested and improved in both. Teachers are good in cover in the portion.

I have found that communication about rescheduling classes is poor…Sometimes teacher communicates with team and then the information doesn’t get through to parents. I find it difficult with the late timing of the classes… Anything after 6 pm is too late for the classes.

My son Manoj joined Turito in March .He accesses for English and Maths.We really found it worthwhile to take these two subjects. The tutors are praiseworthy and talented and upto the mark .Though we are in UK Manoj gained profound attention and knowledge.So I recommend to others as well to join Turito tuitions.

Here are a few examples: 1. There is no such thing as a Relationship Manager, who they claim will always be available when you require their services. 2. You will be killed in a battle of back and forth with people on the Helpdesk who have no authority to do anything when it comes to rescheduling or canceling a class. 3. Even if your internet is the fastest, the videos and microphones do not work during a class. 4. There are some teachers who are good- no problems there. 5. The dashboard they use to manage the service is below average. 6. It is not possible to complete homework online and must be submitted and uploaded each time it is assigned. In comparison with other providers, there are many more providers who are 100 times better than them, so parents are requested not to get trapped in this shambolic Turito system. I find it to be utterly inadequate!

We made a decision to choose Turito services for my son's mathematics classes. Tutors are good. They understand the children and work accordingly. If they could update the test results and conduct tests often and let parents know. Then it would be more good.

My child has been taking online lessons from Turito and it has been a good experience with the tutor so far. I’ve had a few technical issues but they were sorted and the tutor is very accommodating. The only aspect I feel turito will need to work on is better course material, more exciting interactions to keep the kids motivated and look forward to their next lesson and a better way to track and do homework. I am sure turito is able to work on this feedback.

I had previous experience with other online tutions but I find the Turito has best tutors and are committed to what they promise. In addition it good value for money not a rip off like other. Hope they will continue the same momentum.
