Jeg har ligeledes oplevet at blive trukket 89 kr. for et abonnement jeg sikkert har sagt ja til ved køb af en bog via net handel jeg opdager først svindel nummeret efter der er gået 2 mdr. beløbet fremgår som VDK BUUKS.DK af ens kontoudtog. Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale at ligge så meget som 1 kr. i den butik! Ordre nr 504334

Scammed! Do not use this company they have taken £15 from my account with no explanation why. I have since read reviews and it appears this company is some kind of book club with a monthly subscription, your website DOES NOT clearly state that this is the case!!!

SCAMMERS - you are not just buying a book - you are also unwittingly signing up to a £15 membership that you will never get back. Paid £4.49 for a book, and it cost me nearly £20! They will not refund, or let me return the book. Didn't know until money went from my bank account. Complete crooks - such an unclear website that you do this just not realising. I wish I had read all the reviews the same as this one before I bought. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Scam!!!!! Please don't buy from buuks.co.uk It is a scam. You buy book from them and they put you on automatic subscription of £15. When you use withdrawl period of 14 days to end it. They will still charge£15. Ridiculous n outrageous. I should have read the reviews before buying from them. Customer service guy was very calm n he wasnt bothered. He said this is how it works. No other company does this. If you want refund then you have to pay for the postage.

Samma här. 129 kr har avdragits sedan 11 månader omedvetet. Banken och konsumentverket uppmuntrar om polisanmälan.

I purchased a book on 6.5.21 which arrived promptly and I was quite happy. Then on 16.5.21 I noticed that £15 had been taken out of my account and I now see that this is for something I did not realise I was signing up to. I have been in touch with my bank to have any further debits cancelled - as advised to do by other reviewers. This is a vary cunning way of scamming money from unsuspecting customers! I would appreciate a refund of £15 please. Mary Unwin

Buuks lever på att lura köpare. Inget avtal har ingåtts som är giltigt. Därtill dra fahnskapet månatliga belopp eller två gånger per månad när det faller in. Således finns inget ingånget avtal som är giltigt och att dra pengar från kontot utan medgivande kan betecknas som bedrägeri. Skall nu gå till domstol med detta fiaskoföretag

A scam beware. Think they hide a subscription in the terms & conditions. When you go onto the site to cancel it it send you round in a loop and changes the language to German so you cannot complete the task! They can then take money from your account on a regular basis. Phone your bank and stop the payment so that future claims are not paid.

Scam! They sign you up to a £15 a month membership without you knowing in TC and charge £1 extra on book.

Drog 129kr i 6 månader innan jag upptäckte detta. Riktigt skämtföretag. Står inget i min Orderbekräftelse att jag har upprättat ett medlemskap som kostar 129kr. De drar pengarna i tysthet.

FRAUD ,SCAM Company is scam,fraud ,they stealing money from people notoriously, they cheating people when selling product and signing them to.membership without consent of client, they refusing return money, they return policy is not even possible as the terms and conditions are beyond physical capabilities.they know how to put some rules to fraud and not even being yet closed. Stay away and lets make sure this non.humans stopped doing such things. What a horrible company and people.

Avoid !!!! I have just noticed a £15 charge to my bank account that I didn't recognise. Looked it up and apparently I'm now a member of the Buuks Club - when did I sign up for that? I purchased a book recently and there was no mention at all of a monthly bill of £15 I would then have to pay. I would like a refund immediately and you can have your book back too! Not impressed.

Känns som att den egna personalen har suttit och klickat i 5 stjärnor på trustpilot för att höja snittbetyget. Hittar inte ett enda omdöme med motivering varför man ska handla av dem. Jag, likt många andra känner mig bedragen. Har betalat för medlemstjänsten i typ två år utan att veta om det. Sjukt smart (Y), hatten av, för jag är ingen människa man lätt lurar. Självklart är det Buuk.se's intention att man så sent som möjligt upptäcker att man har tecknat ett avtal för medlemskap. Schyst av dem att man har fått så många mail och andra meddelanden om erbjudanden och nyheter (NOT). Köpte en bok för 60kr, men egentligen kostade den över 3000kr. ca 200 sidor i boken, ca 8h läsning, ca 375kr/h eller 15kr/sida. Oskönt sätt att tjäna pengar på, men någon lycklig herre sitter någonstans med en stor påse guldmynt. Bra jobbat! FYI Buuk.se... Det går inte att komma åt er medlemssida så man kan stänga av sitt abonnemang. Vet inte om det är menat så eller om ni inte har pengar nog att utveckla en säker hemsida. Ni kanske kan använda mina pengar till att förbättra er IT-infrastruktur. Horungar! Over and out!

This is a disgusting con. Charging £15 a month for a subscription that is not obvious. I have written to them twice to ask for the £15 back. Two replies that just say the same thing which is obviously scam

Köpte en häftad cellobok för 150kr men det visar sig att jag också betalat 129kr i månaden i flera månader efteråt som dragits på autogiro utan att jag märkt så det blev den dyraste cellobok jag köpt. Varit i kontakt med konsumentverket och det är olagligt när detta inte framgår tydligt vilket det ju inte gjort eftersom flera kunder har erfarit samma sak.

This is a disgusting company. As you can see from every review written, there is a complete lack of transparency with regards to the £15 membership that I don’t remember signing up for. Really thought it was just me having not read the T&Cs properly but I can see everyone else has had a similar experience. BUUKS are Scammers - DO NOT BUY FROM BUUKS.
