Recently had a question regarding a privacy breach. Support staff were quick to reassure and look into the query. Timely staff have always been really helpful with any support needed. In a timely (‘scuse the pun) manner as well. The system is easy to navigate and set up for a small business. Haven’t had any major problems. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Timely is a good business booking system however their support IS NON EXISTENT. I chose their top plan innovate and at most my calls went to voice mail and I RARELY got a call back. I have explained on countless occasions that if there in an issue it needs to be addressed promptly not days or weeks later. I have tried to address this with management and their response is DEFLECTION. I will be down grading my plan.

Constant software issues… in the community group on Facebook ran by timely there is only ever posts about constant issues and the lack of support from the company regarding these issues. They started off amazing but I don’t think they can keep up with demand in terms of customer service & fixing issues. I would avoid & join the Facebook group for a more realistic idea of customer reviews…

Issues with the booking system. It doesn’t offer appointments to clients when there are gaps. This means that I am loosing out on money through bookings and wasting time between clients. You used to be able to instantly contact customer service but they are difficult to get hold of now. The number given takes you straight to voicemail and I emailed 3 days ago and still no reply.

Timely started off being an amazing piece of software. Unfortunately, today I am rating my recent experience. Lately our customers have been having issues during card capture which results in the system crashing and their booking being timed out. I emailed support several days ago but as yet have not had a satisfactory response apart from them asking for the customers names. I am still awaiting further support from the "support" team. Our customers are being let down and this is unacceptable.

For all medical professionals PLEASE DO NOT USE TIMELY!!! I have been with Timely for 4 years, it doesn’t fit my business anymore but I am now unable to leave because I would not have read only access to my consultation forms Instead they suggest that I go through each of my records and manually save each consultation form. I have around 1250 patient records, most with upward of 10 consultation forms! And they are giving me only 3 months to do it!!!! I’m absolutely disgusted with this. As a medical professional BY LAW I need to keep patient records for up to 7 years following treatment. Had I known I wouldnt have read only access I would have never had gone with timely! Probably naivety on my part but it never even occurred to me that this would be a possibility So now it looks like I’m trapped here unless I decide to carry on paying them! Disgraceful

I really have to commend Fatima’s customer service, she really is such an asset to the Timely team. Not only did she answer all of my questions which helped me beyond belief, she was such an easy person to speak to that it made my whole day better! The team members make this company! Every time that I have had an issue they are ever patient and helpful. The platform is easy enough to navigate but whenever I need guidance the support team calls back in a prompt timeframe and either helps on the phone or email back with the answer.

System works great. Terrible customer service. If you have a problem you will speak to 7 different people regarding the issue and it will not be resolved. Terrible!

I love using Timely. I just started my business not long ago. I have to say I was a little on the nervous about trying to figure the back end of the business out. So I did a lot of research and Timely seemed like the right fit. The mini-website and the app alongside the entire booking system gave me everything needed and then some. My clients found booking so incredibly easy. I can take payment and send my clients an invoice in just under a minute with only a couple of clicks. I love it. The entire system is so user friendly it’s seamless. There is so much more for me to explore with this system as my business grows. Furthermore, the level of service I have experienced with the Timely team is unparalleled and not something you strike with an online service in my experience. Their service team are outstanding. It is always exceptional in my eyes. Little glitches are easily and quickly solved and they always follow up to see that you are in good stead once more. Communication is always warm, friendly and very positive. I am in the business of positivity so Timely’s business model match my own. I have a high amount of praise for this company and would be more than happy to recommend Timely to anyone in my industry. I was told about timely by a fellow dog groomer. I’ve been using it for 2 years or more now. Working and constantly having to answer phone, do bookings, reschedule was taking its toll. Now the onus is on the client but I still have full control only giving the link to my current clients. Client are reminded so no more no shows!! No question was a dumb one. They are ALWAY there to help and fast!! I’m still having a few hiccups with the timelyPay but there always is with something new. I love how it does the accounts side too (not that I understand it all😂)

I love using timely, It lets clients book and manage their appointments. Support is good and quick to respond. I also find the online how to's a great help. Its certainly cheaper than a receptionist. I think we have over 60% of our bookings made online now. So less having to answer the phone.
