Australia | 10 November 2023I needed help trying to figure out how to place a part payment on a clients card, and part payment on cash. Whilst most directions within the app are very good, and quite intuitive, I couldn’t figure this one out. I sent a message, asking for help and was messaged back immediately, saying that they would get back to me ASAP, but it might be a few days, as they were experiencing a high volume of messages. About 4 days later I received an email, with a solution/ directions on how to resolve my issue. It works a treat! Thank you.

Sri Lanka | 04 November 2023I accidently updated my subscription to annual , the payment was already made, I did not use it thereafter and within the day I wanted the subscription cancelled and the money refunded but I was told that that is not possible, I would have to use it until next year , how is that service ? This is completely unacceptable .

New Zealand | 23 September 2023Although we get frustrated when things dont go smooth with our booking system, Timely staff tries their utmost to fix things asap. No need to get hot under the collar. I found using the ? HELP and contact support and then leave your question/problem there works fast and if there is still something that is not clear, use the email they sent to explain. It is a real person behind the email - always so helpful and will keep trying until you are happy. Thanks Timely we have been with you since 2014 and still loving every moment

I love the ease of use, the repetative actions to speed up processes, being able to rebook the same service, the reports have lots of detail. The look of the appointment page, the sms booking confirmation and last but not least the team behind the scenes, always ready to help,guide and problem solve if required. Couldn't recommend timely highly enough.

Youi have to wait 24 hours for a call back. if I have an issue, then I need help with it at the time of the issue, not when a software company feels like calling me back then dont bother anywayt

And if he could do it, why can't others lol still trying to figure out how the reward system works as I book all my regular clients myself.

Clients decided where and when they want to meet with me and I grant them permission (within guidelines set by me) to do so, with no further input or management from me. This is a fully featured program, easy to use, with excellant Australian support.
