The instructor was very good at his job

I complete the WHS online component before the course. After the course many participants received an email that said that our answers couldn't be retrieved as we hadn't completed it before the course (although we had). We now have to do it again which is frustrating. The trainer was good and answered questions clearly and made sure everyone was confident before doing the practical test.
