The course offered was average/good. It could have been more useful and given us a greater bit of confidence had the course been more structured and covered the topics in a more logical manner, including making greater reference to the 'training manual'. It would also have been useful if we had less 'chatter' about subjects not directly related to the course material and we had greater 'hands on' practical experience actually 'testing' more examples of each of all the 6 categories listed in the manual.

Easy content, well explained and easy to use.

The instructors had thorough knowledge and were able to convey it easily and understandable. Questions were welcomed. Great learning environment. The only negative and it's not on the instructors or course, is the 3-4hr online training. You're told via email to complete it prior to doing the course with only a few days notice. To only find out once completed that you have 30 days to complete it. This needs to be disclosed better so people can plan the online modules around their work and life commitments accordingly.

I haven't received my certificate yet. The coach was disrespectful and used discriminatory words towards me when answering his question about what nationality I was. You should have better trained and more empathetic coaches. I would not recommend your school, especially for foreigners. I will even consider leaving a bad review on Google.

Knowledge of Trainer was outstanding. Balance of theory and practical was great.

Instructor was easy to listen to & very informative. Would have liked a little more opportunity to work with the PATs at a little slower pace.

I absolutely enjoyed the training course with Test & Tag at Regency Park South Australia and the trainer was fantastic and went out of his way to help everyone with the theory and the practical side of the course and if it wasn’t for Geoff, I definitely wouldn’t have been so confident getting through the testing process. Training was easy enough to understand even if you did not have much electrical background and was explained in a way that was easy to follow. Trainer was very engaging and was willing to help out everyone. Lots of training materials to help you follow along and the equipment was easy to use. All in all it was a good course and highly recommend.

fantastic trainers, very knowledgeable. took time to assist where needed. Made the course enjoyable.

There were no 3 phase items to see any demonstrations on. The whole course was just 1 guy talking the whole time. How are you supposed to learn how to conduct a 3 phase test by just watching some slides and listening to Russ talk. I found it to be a waste of time, and so did multiple other people in the class that I spoke to.

Easy course to do help at hand if needed. Was not a dragged out course what you needed to know
