Informative and easy to understand even for someone without electrical background

Dear whom it may concerns, I've completed the course, out of my personal interests and knowing these days many female workforce working in the construction industry. I have some concerns about how "Plugs" female & male terms were used during the course. I understand the course usually dominated by male, however current modern world, if you are planning on training more female on T&T course some consideration must be made. Such as the connectors & receptacle, do the right thing not what's easy to educate. I had such a great time, instructor was super nice and full of knowledge. I highly recommend this course to everyone whoever have to change the light bulb once in a lifetime.

The facilitator on the day was extremely helpful and took time to explain things with real life examples. He worked at a pace which enabled all parties to keep up and ensured everyone was confident with the topic.

The online training had a lot of great reading material to help with the assessments, on the practical training day the facility was very well set up for training, our teacher had a lot of knowledge about the subject and had plenty of ways of explaining how everything works with electricity A+ for this training facility, would happily take another course through this team .

Training is great and the training venue is also good. the Trainor are very knowledgeable and helpful. They give you chance to ask questions, and to reinforced learning they let you do the actual testing, tagging.
