If you value your safety, avoid this course. They teach you nothing then send you out to deal with potentially deadly equipment. There was maybe 20mins of hands on training and it was rushed. The Three Phase one is even worse, theres no hands on, no testing. All you have to do is attend. Really annoyed, im now expected to be willing and able to deal with live faulty electrical products with no real training at all. Edit: as for me proving who I am. No. We need to use your company to buy the equipment and for support wich effectively holds us to ransom. They have already threatened to pull this review unless I tell you who I am. What a disgusting practice.

VERY PROFESSIONAL & THOROUGH TEACHING PROCESS. LOTS OF PRACTICAL TRAINING WITH INDEPTH KNOWLEDE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Really good educators & quality gear used to teach us. The educator had a vast experience and I appreciated that he shared his own standout learning experiences with us. I personally would have preferred to go a little slower. There was a lot to get through in 1 day.

Here are some observations I made during the training course: The instructor's expertise in the subject matter was notable. Punctuality was consistently maintained throughout the course. The quality and functionality of the teaching aids/equipment were commendable. The instructor demonstrated attentiveness to participants' questions, and there was active participation from the attendees in the discussions.

The Trainer was very knowledgeable but more importantly he was able to impart that knowledge into us as the student, well for me I certainly felt that.

The coarse was super easy to access, very informative. The virtual class was very hands on and we had a great instructor.

The practical training and assessment was one of the best I have completed in along time, very interactive rather than just online and reading from slides.

The course felt very rushed in the end due to trainer talking too much. We didn’t have time to fully use our test machine to print labels, etc. We didn’t have any short breaks, only lunch. All assessments should be classroom based so that you can walk out with your certificate at the end of the day
