Learning session was really interesting and use full. Enjoyed whole day with new knowledge and practicals.

Mark was Brilliant Trainer. Teaching method was really amazing, well supportive.

Phil is an awesome instructor, his interaction with the class was professional but also entertaining. sometimes these courses can make you go into a state of hypnosis ..... but this wasn't the case, you actually learnt more and more as the day went on.

Great explanation and engagement

We came in to a nice little room in Fremantle, and started with our Test & Tag training course. By lunch time we had finished the theory and a healthy lunch that was provided for us was delivered. After lunch we started electrically testing some practice items and by the end of the day had done our practical assessment. We knew by the end of the day if we had passed or not.

Phil, who conducted the course, made the day interesting and fun to learn. I find if your become interested and are enjoying the course, you learn more and retain more.

All correspondence leading up to the course was swift and plenty of time to carry out instructions before course. Instructor explained things clearly and made the course interesting to learn, especially as I do not have an electrical background knowledge.

Everyone was super nice and they managed to make an otherwise very boring classroom session and made it engaging and interesting. Even my ADHD self was able to pay attention. Speaking of which I will say that I wish you could skip the animations on the reading portions of the online assessment. I wasn’t a fan of going to the next slide and needing to wait for the text box to slide in and each dot point folds down individually etc. it really took me out of my naturally frantic flow.
