Great teacher, well run, easy to follow

The course was well run and value for money. The material and online content was easy to follow.

Absolutely fantastic training. Trainer was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his subject. They made sure you were well equipped by the end of the course to get out there and get testing and tagging.

The course content was good and was explained very well. However there was one person on the course who was a danger to themselves and others. I was genuinely shocked that they passed. They did not get the concept nor had the ability to make good or safe decisions with electricity. Passing people because they've paid for the course or because they cannot discriminate makes a mockery of the qualification/certification.

Mark new his stuff and passed on his knowledge in a helpful and useful manner. He also passed on some useful tips on how it is done in the trade, and what tools to use to get the job done in a safe and timely manner. Great experience

I enjoyed the experience of learning a new skill for use at work and home and found the information presented in a thoroughly professional manner. Ten out of ten.

Training was clear and concise.

The trainers are fantastic and so informative, if you don't understand they have the patience to go over it with you. Lunch was yummy but would have liked some bickies for morning tea. My only criticism is that I did everything I could to let you know that I changed my name and for the most part that has been successful except my certificate and ID card they are in my married name.
