It was a fantastic experience. Mark covered all the material in a way that was easy to understand. He handled the theory and practical training with confidence and experience. His knowledge of all the current changes to industry standards was impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend your organisation to anyone who was interested in obtaining their test and tag certification!

Great Efficient Training

This was well presented and well structured. The short breaks each hour were necessary because the amount of material to be covered in one day kept us at a rapid pace.

The instructor was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful to anyone that needed guidance.

The lecturer provided great examples of all the equipment we would be testing, for a couple of people struggling to understand components of the training he would explain again and made sure everybody understood before moving on.

The face to face training was very helpful. The online tests was a bit difficult bit got there in the end. Learnt alot about electricity which I didn't know so was very helpful. Thanks

Extremely well prepared and knowledgeable instructor, structure of coursework was easy to follow and implement as well as assistance was given, however small any query.

the coarse was informative, hands on and all questions were answered accordingly. definitely recomend this coarse.
