Was a great experience, Phil made it so entertaining and was patient with everyone. He made sure we understood everything before moving on to the next thing. Left with so much knowledge and confidence in my ability to test & tag.

Unfortunately, due to being training in a different PAT tester than our company utilises, I feel that this training did not benefit me to progress further with phase 3 test & tagging. While the content of the course would suit those who use the PAT tested used in the training, the fundamentals presented were relevant to a phase 3 training course.

Well presented day course, instructor was knowledgeable and helpful when asked questions and the course provided a reasonable amount of items to tag and test with various equipment. Classroom/ facilities in good shape.

The online WHS was very clear and I learned a lot about the being safe about the environment you work in. The bonus of the course was the Tag & Test facility in Fremantle where the trainer made it very easy to understand the practical uses when using equipment and how to safetly Tag & test, overall I learned so much from that course, thank you!

instructor is very knowledgeable, well prepared

Easy to understand, very thorough coverage of material, kept me interested with the push buttons and touch boxes to open allowing me to see the important points. However the links to safe work site are out of date, some information was hidden from site with no option to scroll, and the video demonstrating CPR used the old 15:2 method which could be confusing to some people.

Mark was my teacher and you can tell that he loves his job sharing his knowledge as an Electrician & experiences with Test & Tag explaining step by step how the process works & why it’s important for Test & Tag to be done. If I didn’t understand something Mark did not leave my side till he knew I fully understood what I was doing. I was very impressed on how he teaches, he was very patient & kind to the whole class, also we had lunch, coffee, drinks & desserts supplied. Had a great day meet beautiful people. Loved it!
