Knowledgeable presenter, who kept the course running at a good pace

This course gave me the knowledge & skills to use in my workplace & was delivered in a way that everybody could u understand. The option to bring your own testing machines is fantastic as you actually learn on the tool that will be used in your workplace. Thanks

The trainer was exceptional- I am familiar with tafe teaching and our trainer didn’t scroll through the dry documents and rules but made everything relevant by starting with us and what we thought. The hands on was excellent and gave me confidence to know what to do.

Waiting too long for your result

I personally found this course filled with way too much unnecessary information that's not required for my purposes. I work in retail and only need to know how to test electrical appliances and do not need to know as much as an actual electrician. Sections on working at heights or how lightening is created is totally irrelevant! I believe this course would be much more efficient if you could achieve accreditation in different levels reflecting personal requirements such as the First Aid Course. Perhaps like a Level 1 Basic - Level 5 Advanced or the like. Also, communication is terrible. You're not informed at the time whether you've passed and are left to find out your results on your own. I completed the course over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my certificate and I have no idea why not!

Great course, need signage to ensure everyone gets to class on time due to various training rooms being designated

An enjoyable class, the lecturer kept the teaching light and amusing. Being an aged student, subjects that were not familiar to me was easily explained to me.
