Presenter was clear and Open in all sessions. Examples were easy to follow. Assessments were always friendly with good examples to follow.

I found the course insightful and informative with a good mixture of theory and visuals. Although I would have liked more one on one training with the trainer and to learn all of the function on the Test and Tag Machine eg. How to set it up for my needs.

I found the environment very comfortable and easy to learn in, i am older and was quite nervous. Teh teacher was very helpful, no question was left unanswered fully. Happy with the course and information provided from when i first rang up and then did the online application to the very end and getting my certificate.
