It was a great coarse for me to do very enjoyable. The instructor running this coarse was informative and clear from start to finish.

The instructor was good, Has lot of knowledge and experience. I was expecting more hands-on experience.

For the 3 phase test and tag there was no hands on to it, just theory, and that was limited in what it covered, needed to be a full day with hands on 3 phase testing. Plug top replacement was ok.

Information received in the course was relevant to my needs. Time was taken to explain functions and processes made the learning easier.

Yes I think the course was good. But it would have been much better if it could be a bit slower. The info come too fast and a few days later not much is remembered.

I found the test and tag coarse very informative as I had done the coarse some years ago. I learnt a lot from this coarse that I didn't know. the instructor was very good with the way he conducted the training and the way made sure you understood what he was teaching

Overall the structure of the training regime was well laid out, generally easy to follow. The trainer was great at making sure everything being said was being understood by everyone in the room.
