Had a bit of anxiety entering this course but the tutor was very helpful and laid back but had extensive knowledge of the subject.he made the class feel at ease and explained everything clearly

The course was comprehensive. The trainer was very helpful. The theory portion was rather long, but we still had plenty of time to do the practical work. I really appreciated that our trainer, Mark, was down-to-earth and always gave very practical advise about the real world aspects of testing and tagging in the workplace. He also gave excellent advice on how to provide proof of one's work - for example, taking photos of the tag and the actual item, for your own records (to cover your back). I would gladly recommend this course to my colleagues.

Norm, the trainer, was excellent at educating and demonstrating how to test and tag appliances. The range of appliances available for practice was great and the theory component was interesting and easy to understand. 5 stars for Norm! I have been less than satisfied with communication from Test & Tag Training itself, however, as I did not receive any notification of enrollment details, the pre-course reading and assessment that is required, nor any details regarding the facility where the course is held in Adelaide (where to go on the day, if there was on-site parking, if food and drink was available for purchase on-site or nearby.) I have since received a follow up email from Test & Tag Training, admonishing me for not filling out the forms that were never sent to me in the first place. A definite 1 star experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed the training the trainers knowledge is exceptional, he was very approachable

Trainer was excellent. Good knowledge and practical understanding of requirements and industries. Professional delivery of unit and made students comfortable. Unsure whether some students should have passed as they didn't have a good understanding of the course. Had to be stepped through practically the whole test.

The trainers attitude was not professional, misogynistic to the point I'd never put a daughter, mother or wife through it, unable to stay on topic, went on many tangents. In all honesty, the training could probably be done in 3 - 4 hours but a 9 hour course seems to be needed to compensate. Certificates take about a month to be sent out from being marked competent, but that might just be an admin delay.

Great facility and the trainer was very knowledgeable and a great guy.

I felt like at time their was alot of information and going through it really quickly and not getting to to ready the material
