For an old guy who doesn’t understand much about the precious metals investment business, Samantha of Hard Assets Alliance is very knowledgeable of the system and is very serious about finding any way to be helpful in schooling me in the navigation of getting my hard assets in a right and safe place.

Janelle was so patient and wonderful . I don’t write many reviews but I wanted to express how helpful she was . My sister and brother in law have dementia and Alzheimer’s . Luckily they filled our POA but we are still in process of finding their accounts and understanding what I need to do . She was helpful in clarifying what Entrust Group is and hard assets . I once again want to say how much I appreciate her patience and explanation with such clarity and caring !

With the amount of Fraud and being a victim. I appreciated the thorough vetting they go through to make sure you are who you say you are. Kudos to Hard Assets Alliance for making this customer feel safe and secure with my investments. Even when you log in you have the option to have a Authenticator validate you are who you say you are. If only Chase Bank would have had these standards I would have 10k in my account instead someone committed "Identity Fraud" therefore Chase was not accountable. There words. By the way I wanted to give a big thanks to Lindsey for her help and genuine Integrity.

I dealt with this company last month. I invested a good bit after listening to Mr. Rickard. This company is very slow to shop the gold, my second shipment wasn’t exactly what I ordered, so I decided to get back the rest of my money, but I am going on to the fourth week, and still didn’t get my check, they claim that they dropped it of at a regular mail box since August 23rd, two week s after I ordered the refund, and I am still waiting for the check. A. Mansour I spoke seven days ago by a manager at this company, and they wired the money within two days, and three days ago their check that they mailed was received at my address, but of course I had to destroy it.

The instructions for establishing my account, funding it and making my first purchase were clear and easy to follow. I requested a sale on my HAA account for metals I had stored in MetalStream (highly recommend if you're looking for an easy way to invest each month!) Mariah F. was able to assist with changing my address on file and requesting a check. They verified my identity (thank you for having such helpful security procedures in place!) and were able to change the address to my new residence and send a check for my sale. Thank you for your help! HAA will continue to have my business.

Jenelle was kind and patient with me and continued working on my issue even after the call ended; reaching out to Equity Trust to request that someone contact me. Without her help, I would still be waiting (in the dark) about my account.

Set up delivery from same vault but made me pay 3 shipping fees of $40 each. Then items were not received but when calling FedEx they were returned to shipper. Items not returned to vault and emails and phone calls have been ignored. I would stay far away. I will never buy from them again. Horrible experience.

the customer service is (so far) what makes this place a good place to hold your precious metals. i've had a few ordeals with trades on the platform and every time i reach out to HAA they have been willing to take the time, energy and confusion to get me right and both educate me on their system of trading assets, as well as talk me down emotionally given substantial trades. so if great customer service is what you're looking for in a metals depot, then you have found a solid firm.

My experience was great because Jenelle was helping me. She walked me through how to do everything I wanted to do and didn't rush me. She was very competent and knowledgeable. Also, she has a very caring demeanor which made speaking with her a pleasant experience. Put in a request for my money on the January 20 and it's February 10 2023 and still waiting for it, spend your money somewhere else. I will give it one more week then I will contact the better business bureau, and the district attorneys office.
