Great customer service from Hard Assets Alliance. We recently redeemed all the assets we had, and wanted to close the account. However, we had a concern that we might not be able to access the account history online. Got a quick email back assuring us that we could still access the history. Asked them to close the account, and it was quickly done. A pleasure!

I recently made a major change to the titling of assets at Hard Assets Alliance. The instructions I received, and the help I received as I created a new account and moved all of our assets to the new account was great. The process was complicated since it involved legal changes of title and possible tax consequences. Done! Thanks again.

In the week of April 25th to the 30th I requested that HAA conduct several actions for me. 1. That they sell some gold and silver coins for m. That they withdraw several thousand dollars from my account held in cash; and send all the proceeds to my home address. Unfortunately I had not informed HAA that I had moved to California in the last year. consequently HAA could not send me the money without the new address officially registered with them . That now has been accomplished. And the money should be on its' way to me. During all of these procedures HAA was patient and a very good guide. My sincere Thankyou. George Hess
