United States | 07 January 2021Happy HAA customer. I joined HAA 4 years ago and have had no problems whatsoever. All phone calls answered within two minutes and responded to efficiently. One IT glitch yesterday corrected within 24 hours. Highly competitive rates for buying and selling and straightforward competitive storage rates. All money transactions smooth. Strong security measures make me verify any contact or transaction-- a bit of a hassle but I don’t mind as it’s for my security. They have been supported throughout this time by people I trust-- Doug Casey, Bill Mauldin, Chris Martenson-- all solid investment folks. I strongly recommend them.

United States | 01 September 2020My wife and I have a small amount of money invested in silver with Hard Assets Alliance, on Aug 1st they denied my good old password. Their program would not send an email link to reset. I called twice Aug 1st and was robotically hung up on after 5-10 wait. I have call once today (Sept1st), today their robot hung up on me right away. These days when HAA gets ahold of your money they seem to want to make it difficult to get it back. Recommend you proceed with caution.

United States | 11 August 2020I opened my account with Hard Assets Alliance about 6 months ago, and have been increasingly disappointed. Their customer service is extremely slow to respond to inquiries. They take not minutes or hours, but DAYS. I placed an order from my funded account, and seven days later they still have not shipped my order. I also tried to withdraw settled funds, but HAA stated (two days later) that I needed to re-validate the very bank account I had been funding my HAA account with the entire time. Additionally, Hard Assets Alliance has hidden charges and very high shipping fees. There are plenty of other precious metals companies available that charge a small spot over price and free shipping. Look elsewhere as HAA is slow and shady.
