This was a well taught class. The instructor knew his stuff and was able to articulate the important points.

The class is very detailed. I appreciated the question and answer time. Be ready to learn a lot. The class was large with individuals at different knowledge levels.

I think Kevin is a very skilled instructor. He took a collection of humans with various levels of experience and eventually got us all through pretty complex information.

Hello, I enjoyed both Excel 1 and Excel 2. There were some hiccups, but we got through them. I appreciate the patience from Danielle, she was awesome. Excel 1's instructor (name escapes me at the moment) was good as well, appreciate her patience too. I look forward to taking Excel 3 when it becomes possible for me to do so. I would highly recommend CTS to all of my friends and coworkers. Have a very pleasant day! Sherrylynn

This was a great class! The instructor was organized, very easy to understand and taught us so many things. At first, when I was just reading the manual, I was worried I wouldn't grasp certain parts of the program. That was not an issue at all! I would highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to fine tune their Microsoft Word abilities.

Intermediate Excel I think the class would have been better in a classroom setting. Unfortunately with Covid-19 it had to be online. There was one woman in our class who was constantly needing help. I don't know how the other people in class felt but I found it very irritating that she had to have help with very basic windows stuff. The poor instructor had to stop and assist her several times. The instructor was very patient and did apologize to the rest of the group taking the class. Unfortunately, her interruptions were very distracting and it slowed down the flow of what the instructor was trying to teach. The instructor did a good job but it made for times when I was very bored and just sitting in front of my computer. I will probably retake the class sometime within the next 6 months once you are back in an actual classroom setting. I was really looking forward to the class but I don't feel I got as much out of it as I could have in a classroom setting. I do like the book that I was given and will definitely refer to that often. I'm old school and have always like user/training guides so it's perfect for me. I have used a couple of the things I learned that day.
