Teacher is very knowledgeable and makes the class engaging and easy to learn. This class is for the certification exam only. For inexperience aspiring BA like myself, I will need additional courses to be able to transition to a BA job.

Patience and very helpful when needed.

the instructor was never helpfull, students had questions and the instructor was very brief to answer or the instructor will say (you made a mistake) and never act knowledge the mistake, also we will do the practice exercise and the instructor never went back to see if students had the correct version.

I had an excellent experience with my training. It was very informative and I learned a lot. The instructor was very knowledgeable and great at explaining subject matter.

I took away an amazing experience for someone with basic knowledge of Microsoft Access. I have been to many courses and this is the first one ever to let us take home the samples on a USB drive so we can continue to practice AND they give you 30 days free to call your instructor for any kind of assistance. And an amazing instructor.

The instructor, Karen, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. It was evident that she was gauging the comfort level of the students in order to set the pace for the course. By the end of the day I was very comfortable using Microsoft Access, which I had never used before, and was able to perform the functions that were covered within the first of three sessions with ease.

The class was conducted in a professional manner. All questions were answered in a way that was clear and concise. The instructor Sandy Dinkel is patient and complete in her instruction.

The instructor (Karen) was good, but the class was entirely too basic for anyone familiar with any kind of coding. Wish the original CTS description had identified how very basic it would be (such as, "close the window by clicking the X") so I would have taken the next level, instead.
