waiting for an answer ( y/n) was a bit longer than I thought was going to be because I had to wait for up to an hour and my son who was with me at the time was getting very restless and he did say what was the problem ,I asked him what he meant, he did say although I had an account and got a fridge on rental and the old washing machine which I wanted to update why was there so much of a problem.

I would not have the life style I have if it wasn't for R/Rentals...the staff are very friendly and courteous...if you have any questions and ring they don't make you feel as if you are being a nusenes...

Fantastic Customer Service. Michael was very polite, friendly, helpful and informative. He easily explained and addressed any questions i had with regards to making my purchase and also provided some fantastic advice. I was very happy with the customer service i received. I have even received a hand written card from Michael thanking me for shopping at Radio Rentals Prospect. Thank you, you don't see that sort of customer service around anymore!

Steve at RR at Elizabeth Shopping Centre is the man to see! He is very helpful, courteous and just a great guy in general. Actually, I would recommend RR as a whole to buy white goods and all electrical goods. It's great to be able to upgrade certain items and be able to have items repaired if necessary.

I thought I had the best plan worked out for me but Jodi showed me not only another plan but a much better plan, she also helped me with the paperwork which was doing my head in. Jodi has definitely found her calling as she works beautifully with people, I highly recommend her to all your customers.

The salesman added a surge protector onto my rental without asking me. As the forms were placed in front of me, he then told me about the surge protector he was giving me. Looking at the rental for that item, I wish he now would have discussed it with me earlier, as I would have refused it. I felt like I was 'railroaded' into taking it, as it was only mentioned as I was about to sign the forms. I have been a long-time customer and felt that it was totally unnecessary to hoodwink me!
