I was able to ring an order easily and had the product in store within a couple of days to pick up

I can not comment on in store service as i do all my business online and todate my experience has been very positive each section of the online process has always been one that with each person there has been support friendly and helpful service my opinion still remains one willing to give a AAA rating

Am Grumpy old man. I like to shop at Radio rentals as like Quality products.Got caught years ago buying lawn mover elsewhere rubbish it was.Bought Lawn mover at Radio Rentals magic.Worked it out Radio Rentals as they rent out a lot need to stock quality product because if breaks they need to fix .So Radio Rentals do not stock Rubbish.Also prices are reasonable.

I'm very happy with my very recent interaction with the staff at the Colonnades (SA) Branch of Radio Rentals. The store manager Aaron and another sale staff member Robert were very amiable, down to earth and were very pleasant to deal with. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them as they made me feel like a valued customer and did their best in helping me & my partner choose the best product/item that we needed.

Fantastic Staff!! Craig was happy to stay open after hours on a week night to help us select our new TV. With our limited time during the weekends (and week) due to working in the city and having little ones we are very time poor and Craig certainly did not make us feel rushed! Craig provided an accurate and honest appraisal of the stock he had and did not try and sell us something over our budget. He worked with us to get the best outcome. In fact he worked so well within our budget we ended up getting a new sofa as well :) Highly recommend Craig and his team!! This is our third large purchase we have made with the team at Mt. Barker and have had an amazing experience each time.

I was impressed by the person i talked to on the phone inquiring about a washing machine so i went to the Gepps Cross store and seen the person i had spoke to he was friendly and very helpful i was happy with my purchase i was also happy with my delivery the guys that delivered it were friendly and helpful i was happy with the whole experience I had paid cash for the washer because i was conned with my last rental from radio rentals and wont rent ever again and would not recomend it to any one
