I've emailed twice about my order, and received no feedback as to where it is. It has not been delivered and I have been waiting now 2 weeks with no tracking information. Terrible service.

Delivery time said 2-4 days, we were going camping and ordered a camping table, came 8 days after i ordered it, we had been camping before delivery came. Not impressed..

Was very easy to order. I thought it would be bigger, very much on the smaller size. I should really have read the measurements and not just the picture. Very easy to put together. Just wished it was a bit Biggar.

They responded very quickly and dealt with my issue promptly with no issues

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered in 3-7 days. That was 16 days ago. I've emailed twice but had no response. I've also tried their WhatsApp chat service which also doesn't respond. Update: Mevano claimed that the courier attempted to deliver the item but was unable to as I wasn't in. I'm not sure which courier service attempts delivery without contacting the recipient first when they require someone to be in. I'm also surprised they seem the think that means they can keep the item and not process a refund. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund by going through the PayPal arbitration process. It would have been easier if they'd just given the refund, but at least it ended reasonably well.

Unfortunately i did not read the reviews before ordering, if i had then i would have looked elsewhere. I ordered 4 soses at a cost of £49-96. I was told delivery within 5 days. After 6 days i messaged them, no responce. I emailed them, no response. I telephoned their 24 hour help line, no answer. I tried "whatsapp" again nothing it has taken me almost a month to get my money back and that i believe was because i threatened police involvement. May i suggest if you want what you order then stay away from this company, as far as i am concerned if there had been a minus 5 stars they would have earned it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Listed as someone near me in Oz. They want payment through a gateway I've never seen then pester me with message after message from morning till now for a $15 sale???? Sounds super suss!

As a first time buyer it was difficult to get pass the security, once through I was offered a chance to purchase a second item,this proved to be a nightmare as I must have selected Bank transfer instead of just taking the cost from the Bank card that I had used for the first transaction, so l was left not knowing whether I had purchased two ,one or none, the item did arrive and it seems to be as advertised,Thank you.

Different product arrived. A much cheaper quality product arrived instead of the one pictured and advertised. I imagine, hoping I wouldn’t notice/care.

Worst company every, avoid at all cost. Still waiting 3 weeks later for return lable after numerous emails and no refund. This company should be reported and banded from selling. DO NOT USE THEM!

Complete scammers. Plants advertised at 1-5-2.5m tall. I checked in advance on fb marketplace chat that this was the correct size. Screenshot proof of assurance. The plants that arrived were less than 30cm tall! Communication then useless, they won’t send the correct size, no refund yet received. All comms channels - fb, WhatsApp, website - not giving satisfactory responses, just kicking the problem along. An infuriating, lying and pathetic company.
