Avoid using this company at all costs I ordered an item which was delivered by Yodel in an unsafe place which was not there when I returned home . Mevano act as a middle man and therefore have no interest in sorting out delivery issues . Yodel push any query back to Mevano and Mevano state there is nothing they can do . Very poor service and feel ripped off

Item was broke upon arrival. The mic was very, very loose from the legs.

Despite asking the size to be confirmed, the wrong size was delivered They had run out of stock but my money was refunded. .

The ordering process was clear painless. My only gripe was that despite saying that they would inform you when they were dispatching your item I had to chase it and found out it had been dispatched three days earlier. It arrived okay and in one piece which was the main thing. (It was a large mirror)

Ordered on the 15th December with the expected delivery of 3-7 days delivery. Still haven’t received my product, nor any communication from the courier service or mevano. I contacted them, swift replies, turns out it has been lost. They swiftly offered a replacement or refund. (Context, they were so fast at replying to my emails. Until…) I asked if any form of discount or compensation would be offered for the inconvenience, I have waited 25 days for it, worth asking to see if I they would as goodwill. They stopped replying to the email thread as a result. Ive waited 5 days at this point. No refund, no order, no contact. Save your time, energy and money, they are a scam company. They showed up on Facebook with Sheffield as their location. Which they are not.

The cat tree I ordered came on time and has been a great addition to the house! It's exactly as described on the website

Brought an office chair from MEVANO. The delivery was fast. the quality of the product was good as well. The char has to be fitted after arriving, all the tools and instructions were there.

Not sure yet, speedy delivery but thinnest rug I have ever seen, not used yet but hoping it is fit for purpose. Wonder how it will stand up to people walking on it

Great service at Mevano. Jack was very helpful from the start. He managed to find a bookcase for me and for the right price. Delivery was prompt and I would recommend and use Mevano again

Ordering this item was easy and the product was as ordered, but the delivery by Yodel of this item was not good at all. I waited in all day on two occassions for the delivery and in the end had to go to my local depot for them to look for it! when it was found the box and the storage bag inside were damaged. As a company I would seriously consider using a difference courier service so that you can provide your customers with accurate and reliable delivery information.

To provide what they actually advertise order onething received totally different said 3 to 5 working days it arrive 10 days later, poor quality wouldn't pay more than £8 for it to be quite honest
