I ordered 3 weeks ago and was charged immediately thereafter. I still have not received anything, nothing has been shipped and I have received no response to my email, where I asked to get my money back or to get my ordered shipped. I am afraid I will end up going to my bank to get my money back. Update: Now, a month later, I have received my products. They are fine and of good quality., so I changed the stars to 3. Would have been 4 if delivery time and communication had been better.

I purchased a leather "B suit" from leatherotics online store rather than ebay and paid by credit card.Later I got a bit paranoid after reading some mixed reviews about their service.I did find their communication lacking, which added to my distrust. It took some time for them to ship item, but it was made to measure so to be expected.Once they did ship my item, it arrived in Australia from the U.K via Royal Mail in about a week, which was impressive.I inspected it and was very pleased.The leather was very soft and supple, like butter.As mentioned, it was made to measure, and the fit appears to be just about perfect, although i havnt had it fully zipped up just yet, due to lack of opportunity. So, overall I am very happy with end result, but I had to email them quite a bit to find out what was going on.

I bought a Leather Skirt about a week ago. I love the material. Fits so well. Great material.... doesn't look cheaply made as most leathers can.

First Corset I have ever bought. My fault didn't take proper measurements,,,,, I am 5'8 165lbs. I ordered an XL.. I needed the 3X..My measurements are...Bust 43 waist 34 hips 42.. Luv the Corset 5 stars for sure..... Very happy to see how well it is made. .....Don't make the same mistake I did...Please take your measurements and go by chart sizing...END OF STORY.. gave it to my daughter who normally wears a medium...she Loved it....

I placed an order with Leatherotics on the 5th May 2018 and received an email on the 7th May 2018 informing me that the items were awaiting shipment. I hadn't heard any more from them and after trying to call them on their landline and sending emails and still not getting any reply from them after 11 days, I decided to check truspilot and saw that they had been receiving quite a few bad reviews and people complaining that they had been charged but not received the goods. One person wrote that he too was concerned as he wasn't able to get a response to his emails and their landline always went to answerphone. He spoke to a lady called Maria at Leatherotics on the mobile phone number shown on their website, she immediately posted the items he'd ordered off to him. I did exactly the same as him yesterday and spoke to Maria, she was very apologetic and promised to post my items off to me straight away, I received the items this morning and I'm very happy with them. They provide excellent quality leather garments at a very reasonable price. OK, they don't provide an amazing customer service but it's definitely worth having a little bit of patience as you will receive your goods, you just need to call Maria and remind her that you're still waiting for them. I will definitely be buying from them again. Steven.

I originally ordered a dress on this site but unfortunately my body shape didn't lend itself to the dress design so changed my order. The quality of the dress was excellent! I decided to pay a couple more pounds and get a nice long victorian fishtail skirt which arrived a couple of days ago. The quality is again superb. Any issues I had with any of my orders were immediately resolved with a quick phone call to Maria on her mobile. She was always polite and bent over backwards to make sure I received what was requested in the time frames stated. As soon as I have saved up some money I will be ordering another dress for sure. Thank you for providing such a high quality product at such an affordable price :-)

Edit: I received my order today and I am happy with 1/3 items. The hood I received is not the one pictured on the website (with metallic zippers) - instead, it has black zippers. A subtle difference, but my aesthetic is particular and I expect to receive an item that looks like the one advertised. My skirt is lovely and fits perfectly. I am happy with this item. The medium leather lingerie set is ridiculous... the straps that hook in the back are meant for someone who has a 50+ inch ribcage. I'll either have to fix it myself, or toss it. Again, the printed receipt that came along with my order says they charged me $128USD, yet as stated below, they took $142 from my bank account with no explanation. I never write reviews - but I thought I'd save others the hassle and be transparent about my experience in hopes that it saves someone else a major headache. >>>>>>>> I placed an order on April 19. I’ve placed order more than 10 days ago and still no update from the seller and order is still not shipped. Seller doesn’t reply to any of the messages and doesn’t respect timelines they mention while buying items. Update: Seller contacted me after posting the review on this website and responded with updated delivery timings and mentioning that one of the item was sold out and hence took it longer to ship items. The items quality is good and I'm satisfied with the product very much. I'm only giving rating of 3/5 based on customer service. I'd rate the product 5/5 for the price. So if you don't mind waiting for ~20 days for your order, you can certainly consider this seller

My corsets from Leatherotics arrived just a few days ago and they are lovely! Very good quality and fit. The ones I have chosen offer a very nice waist reduction (real steel bones) but are still very comfy to wear. I love them!! Delivery time to Germany was very quick. Thanks a lot!

Ordered item and received acceptance email then nothing. Eventually became concerned and contacted company on landline number, however kept going to answerphone. Managed to find mobile number and spoke to Maria who dealt with my enquiry superbly. 2 days later, item arrived and wife is very pleased with overall quality. I would have given 5 stars, but company needs to brush up on systems for customer communication. Other than that, very pleased indeed.
