Abysmal Customer Service. My partner and I have been attempting to get a custom set of lingerie done since January to no avail. What started as regular communication with the sales team turned into complete ghosting of all communications. We had got to the point where we had an estimate and sent in the measurements. We were told production was supposed to start in February and ship out on March 4th. However, there was no payment set-up, no confirmation of order shipped, or any proof it was being worked on. We attempted to reach out multiple times via Email, phone, and the Reddit QnA thread. All sttempts have been ignored. We were really looking forward to this piece, but it appears we wasted our time waiting for a response that would not come. I'd recommend doing like we did and take your business elsewhere..

We ordered 30 custom made outfits all made to measure. Dealt with Ash who was very helpful and had great communication every step of the way. We had a tight turn around but Leatherotics, Ash and the team made it work. Amazingly we had a last minute order to add onto this... another 10 pairs of custom trousers within 10 days and Ash again delivered to great quality. Cant wait to be working with you again this year for another 30 wonderful outfits!!!

Be really careful. No reaktion on Reklamation. I think my money is lost. Dont buy here. Leder sehr schön, Passung nicht wirklich wie auf den Bildern oder wie nach den Maßen, haben extra daheim nochmals nachgemessen . Kommunikation unterirdisch. Auf eine Antwort wartet man ewig, wenn man eine Antwort bekommt sehr freundlich und leider nicht wirklich hilfreich. Ich denke dass ich in diesem Shop nie wieder etwas bestellen werde, weil es mir zu kompliziert ist. Update Leider keinerlei Reaktion des Shops seit über einen Monat wirklich sehr enttäuschend. Don‘t buy there Update There is no Option to solve this. You get rarely answers with no solutions. You Never get your Money back. I dont no why they show a money back warranty on their homepage. I really don’t know why. Better buy in usually Shops where returning the not fitting clothing is no Problem. Its pending since November 2023. The fitting was not good. It has nothing to do with the trousers showed on the Homepage.
