I ordered three items from this companies website. Took a long time to receive and they also did not respond to emails asking about shipment. Two of the items were too small. I have sent numerous emails saying I need to return and they just do not respond. It is really unfortunate that they do business like this because their product is of good quality. My advice...stay away from this site as they are very shady!!! Wish I would of never purchased from them. I'll be letting all my social media sites know of them as well. Do not trust!!!

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. Avoid at all costs unless you want to throw away your money. I did think the quality was good to start with, but the tape frays very quickly. Also returned an item in November and still not had full refund or any reply to my emails. Will be reporting to PayPal. The only reason I decided to risk using this company after I saw the negative reviews was because I could pay by PayPal. Glad they don't have my card detail....

This skirt is amazing, the price quality relation is very good. The service is great. I´m going to buy more stuff there. I ordered it a little bit too big in size, but I had already removed the labels, so I´m going to go to a tailor to make it smaller, but it´s probably my own fault.

Fantastic Jacket. Amazing quality. Fast delivery. Helpful and friendly staff. Absolutely no problems. Sizes as they say are on the small side, gives a very snug fit (if not sure I'd suggest ordering the next size up from your normal size).

I really can not praise this company enough, I ordered two made to measure leather dresses MD78 and MD10. Words cant describe how good these dresses are and they fit like a second skin. The dresses are absolutely excellent and OMG they look fantastic on my G/f.

I ordered 3 corsets, one for my daughter and 2 for me, my daughters fitted great. I am much larger and using the size guide available I ordered the largest size, these proved to be too big, the returns procedure was very easy and free and my replacement corsets arrived very quickly. I would definitely order from them again.

Be aware that items look different from photos, especially. colours such as red are much darker (more like wine or plum red) than appear in the photos. The leather garment I received had significant areas of discolouration in the leather, which unfortunately were in highly visible areas. I am dissatisfied with the the sellers' attempts to address these issues.

the product is good but the service is awful they take your money but you wait weeks for the goods they do not respond to the phone or e mails I am trying to buy from them now but with no response the reason I want to use them is the quality is good

This corset came in super nice packaging and I was really excited to wear it. It really gave me that hourglass figure I wanted and im really excited to go out tonight with it !!

They sent out the wrong product (as it happens this cost substantially less than the one I'd ordered but think this was simply a very careless mistake). When I asked them to collect the item and either refund or supply the ordered clothing, Leathererotics decided this was a "change of customer mind" return. Eventually I received the correct item however they seemed unable to understand that their legal alterantives were collecting the incorrect product or its destruction. In the end I posted it back which cost me a day's income. Having made their mistake (fine we all do), they were completely incompetent and unaware of their obligations under UK law. [For what it is worth the jacket was well made but the original price was not cheap and after the cost of dealing with their mistake, I got have had a made to measure suit from the cheap end of Saville Row for less!]

Purchased few corsets for my wife because she wanted to start waist training. They all look great on her hope to order more in the future!

I ordered a sleeping bag with Leatherotics. It was payed with Paypal and I received it within one week, great! However, there wasn't a zipper on the back as described with the product. Asked for a RMA and returned the product. The product was however refused by the sender and returned to me. Leatherotics told me they never refuse packages, the address was correct, so I don't know why it went wrong. Returned the package for the second time and after 1,5 weeks I finally got confirmation it was returned succesfully. Finally I did receive the right one, two months after the initial order. We agreed per e-mail that I would receive 25% discount for compensation of the double return cost and the 2 months wait. Of course, I never received the discount. Also the communication was very minimal. No status updates, poor response time and, not keeping their promises If you order something and it is good the first time, you have probably a good deal. If you expect returns, you can better look for another shop.

I bought a pair of trousers and they were too small. Sent them back with a signed for request and they were delivered back to them within a week. They have not replied to my emails, not answered the phone, not made any effort. I will not stop as its £112 I've paid out to them. AVOID
