I was not able to pay my bill due to their nonsense. Emma has assured me my line will remain open and the broadband too that and that I can continue to do my job. Emma was wonderful and made the fear of being disconnected go away very quickly. Boris Johnson shoud take a leaf out of Emma's Professionalism and learn about real people, he could do this just like Emma did, Listen, Act, and Prived a service that feels genuine, easy and stress free. United Kingdom | 20 February 2021Was having difficulties with a company I had been with for 10 years, price hikes and poor customer service when trying to investigate why. I was contacted by comms broker who then put me in front of supanet offering me cheaper bills and my Internet is faster and more reliable than at anytime in the last 10 years. The router looks a bit Sci-fi for my liking however I can connect to it from the garden so it's worth it. They kept me informed of the switch process all the way through and even though there was a small set up fee, the hand holding though the process and constant communication through it all made it worth paying. Cannot reccomend ebough!

United Kingdom | 20 February 2021The company is a joke.... due to the current COVID-19 situation and being self employed I am really struggling for Work, I’m lucky if I get to Work 2 full Days a Week.... I couldn’t afford to pay the bill on the day it was due so I rang them up and told them I could pay the following Day as well as My current situation.... They still cut Me and charged Me £20 for paying a Day late.... The Kids lost a Day of Home Schooling it’s a joke I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 Years so where’s My loyalty from them when I need it???? Other Internet providers are deferring their customers payments if they are struggling!!!! Supanet is a greedy Joke....

United Kingdom | 19 February 2021Can’t wait for my contract to end, never known such a bad internet provider, 3 times my internet has gone off since Xmas day, 1st time off for 7 days this time on 6th day still not on, sending an engineer out because of a fault but if it’s not external there wanting over £250 (no chance) so I said I will cancel but that’s £180 plus 7 month of the contract at £30.99 a month it’s disgusting

The Technical Agent 'Kathy' gave excellent guidance talking me through what was required. Calling me back next day to ensure everything was operating OK - and it is. Now awaiting Fiber Optic connection next week. I'll report on this when complete. I'm sure everything will go smoothly as with Router. Thanks Kathy (& Supanet). Graham

United Kingdom | 26 January 2021This company do not even deserve 1 star! There are officially the worse company I have ever in my life dealt with! All they do is take take take! They have just cost me over £300 between cancelling with them due to shocking internet speeds to them using my CARD DETAILS (100% illegal - against GDPR, no company is allowed to keep card details on file, they are for 1 time payments only and should never be saved) to now sending debt collectors after me! They should not be allowed to continue trading, they do not care for customers only their money! Please read the negative reviews before the positive as I believe the positives are made up! Please avoid this company at all cost all they do is take your money and cause you stress!
