Tried to use landline to find a permanent busy tone. Tried to reboot, with no effect. Contacted Live Chat, "spoke" with Penelope. After getting over the initial security questions, my query was dealt with without delay. Penelope was able to advise that the problem is the result of a BT Open Reach's outage. So, we don't know how long it will last but at least I know the problem is beyond my control, and will wait for its resolution. Thank you again, Penelope.

very quick response than calling over the phone I am still waiting on the phone while I am using the web chat and it's all done in approximately 20 minutes stayed online and resolved within 30minutes while the phone is still on hold

I have only got supanet for 5 days and I feel it was the biggest mistake of my life. I have not had internet since then, been trying to just get someone to chat with but to no avail. I have sent technical support emails but not a single person has gotten back to me and I am here still using my mobile data. Am I asking for too much here? I just don’t get it?! If you need broadband DEFINITELY NOT SUPANET!
